A really lovely hotel, with the friendliest staff who are also efficient and knowledgeable. Clean spacious rooms and a wonderful range of amenities for all ages. Family friendly pool and spa. Rated as 3*+ but for us it is 4 * We'll definitely be back.

We spent really nice and easy time in Bull Dorado. Really nice people, clean area and nice rooms. Hotel is located near beach suitable for children. In hotel you can drink champane from the bottles and fill tour glass by prepared cocktails. Choose this hotel

Not long back from our second visit to Bull Dorado (first was April 23) and as per last year, we really enjoyed it again this year and are already considering 2025. The hotel is fantastic and positioned in a lovely quiet part of Arguineguín. The staff too were amazing albeit occasionally under pressure and we felt they could do with some help. For example, in the restaurants there was only one or two waiting staff clearing tables as fast as they could. They were doing a great job but more staff would have made their life easier and the guest experience better too. The same in the pool bar. Ana was a superstar serving food and keeping everything going. How she did it by herself was impressive. When she wasn’t about, it dropped a little. Again not from the staff not trying, but from the demands of the job. Some small gripes with the lifts which should be better but something you learn to deal with. They were temperamental with long wait times, one was out of Service a few times during our stay. Happy to use the stairs but with 2 younger kids, over quite a few levels isn’t practical. Particular acknowledgment to Jo in reception for helping us with our room. And to Yasmin & Marta from the Animation team; our kids absolutely adored them. Such great assets to the hotel so thank you again!! This year as per last year, we read all the horror stories on TripAdvisor about a sickness bug but we never seen any signs of it with guests. The hotel is one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The cleaners were always active and visible. What we did notice was how filthy ‘people’ can be, down right disgusting to be frank with one example of observing a guest sneezing over food and others using the toilets but not washing hands. Very easy to blame the hotel for issues completely out of their control. Equally we seen ‘lots’ of hand sanitisers everywhere. Food was always of great quality with a good range of choice. And the steak at the pool bar was always a winner. All in all, a lovely hotel, with fantastic staff and one of our favourite holidays.

My wife and I are just finishing our last night at this wonderful hotel. Following some recent negative reviews, I hope I can ease your mind if you are due to stay here. The hotel punches much higher than a 3 star, it is immaculate throughout. The staff are constantly busy, whether it be in the restaurants, bars, the cleaners or maintenance team. The maids were in our room everyday, changing towels and making up the beds. There are hand sanitizing stations everywhere. My wife who is a nurse, said before we left that the norovirus is down to poor individual hygiene standards, such as basic hand washing. As I stated earlier there are hand sanitizers situated all over the public areas We never heard a single complaint with regards to upset stomachs, vomiting or any type of ailment during our stay. There are numerous choices of hot and cold food available at every meal, lots of salad choices and numerous desserts . The pool area is fantastic but my favourite was the lagoon just outside the hotel which is shallow, calm and has a lovely small beach. There is entertainment all day for kids and chilled areas for adults to sit and drink. Arguineguin is a very quiet area but buses are cheap and regular near the hotel to other towns. Don't worry about coming here, it is a lovely hotel.

This is the 6th time we have stayed there, I'm writing this review as we received exceptional service from the hotel and its staff. It was one of our groups birthday and we had been on a fishing trip and caught a big tuna, the hotel chef cooked it for us for tea and he made 5 fabulous meals and the 6 of us were over the moon with the food he made for us. 9n top of this the hotel staff and activities were excellent and the rooms cleaned daily and the food was very good, the weather as always was great and we will be returning again , a special mention to joanna on the front desk and the 3 girls who organised all the games plus let's not forget the pool bar staff who looked after us so well, this was a holiday we will never forget.

We had a lovely holiday only problem was the room We didn't have a balcony and the room was situated on the ground floor next to the laundry room I did ask to change but told it was full.I did see vacant rooms all week so probably the reception coudnt be bothered I wouldn't come again only reason we like To go different places but I would recommend the Hotel

We had the same experience as the last review. We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and this prompted us to return. It was a shame as the sickness bug took over and spoiled the latter part of the holiday. Hopefully they can sort it out as it is a lovely hotel.

This is my first solo holiday to this hotel that I have been to before with my daughter. Breakfast and lunch are amazing, the evening meal is disappointing , the white wine I ordered was undrinkable . Loved having Bucks Fizz for breakfast , would have liked more fresh fruit at breakfast but it did improve as the week went on, don't know who was drinking the absolut vodka! Not enough tables outside and very embarrassing when people are queuing for a table and staring at you so makes you leave earlier than you would like. The hotel is amazingly clean and the spa is fantastic although the man there wouldn't give me a new towel for the next day even though I was only a minute late at 17.51! Restaurant staff were fantastic but as said in previous reviews they are pushed to the limit. Entertainment staff were fab especially the Aqua gym lady and the tennis lady. The pool bar lunch is the highlight of the holiday, my favourite is the steak you cook on the hot stone, followed by the garlic prawns and then the crispy chicken with a mustard and honey sauce. I always asked for a small salad which was lovely too. I went with Jet 2 from Leeds and they had a great check in your luggage on the last day where they take your case to the airport for you. I would come back again but would hope the food in the evenings would improve.

I have waited a couple of weeks to write my review but from reading others it’s obvious things have not improved. There is something seriously wrong at this hotel. It is absolutely spotless, I’ve never seen such a clean hotel in my life. The rooms are big and more wardrobe space than I have ever seen. Staff on the whole are fantastic.the hotel is in a great location for the beach and a short bus ride from Busier resorts. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever been in All Inclusive which includes premium spirits. The food is pretty good and varied. Entertainment is ok but not the best. The hotel does cater mainly for Germans, Scandinavians and Norwegian guests with food and entertainment alike. However this hotel has a major issue with food poisoning and Norovirus. I was told by a rep that unless you get a Doctors Certificate (who is going to pay out for that to be told what you already know) that the hotel will not inform other guests and will do absolutely nothing. I got mild food poisoning on day 3, my sister got Norovirus on day 6 and my friend came down with it as soon as we got home and passed it on to her family. At least 10 other people were ill whilst we were there and someone was sick right by the lifts. I informed reception about my sister and they told me she must have caught food poisoning from me……you can’t actually catch food poisoning! They basically weren’t interested. Although this is a lovely hotel and appears absolutely spotless there is a serious illness issue here and certainly at present I would not recommend going there.
