Our stay is very quiet, the hotel is well located, the service is good, the facilities are new and the condition is good. The breakfast was of good quality and late check-out, because several guests checked, I requested the invoice for the accommodation in my name and I made a reservation through TRIP, they did not accept the request, even though I argued that the payment was paid by me of.

Encantada com cada detalhe do hotel. Estamos em família com 2 crianças (3,5 anos) a estrutura, limpeza, atendimento, decoração é tudo impecável. Começando pela sua chegada, ao parar no estacionamento eles já vem de encontro se apresentando e dando boas vindas, com carrinhos pra pegar suas malas te ajudam a descarregar e levar até o quarto. O quarto é lindo, fomos recebidos com cartinha e bombons, a cama muito confortável, os travesseiros são maravilhosos, tem cofre, eles fornecem chimarrão, marshmallow pra queimar na fogueira, a piscina aquecida é maravilhosa, todo dia às 18:00 batem na porta entregando bombons e junto um papel marcando a previsão do tempo do próximo dia, tem sala de leitura maravilhosa, tem academia com equipamentos e aparelhos modernos, o café da manhã é espetacular são alimentos saudáveis, nutritivo e o mais natural possível, alimentos requintados de altíssima qualidade e pra quem está com criança é maravilhoso já que na cidade é difícil achar refeição saudável pra comprar. Tem estacionamento área coberta e aberta, está numa localização excelente.. Venham que jamais vão se arrepender! Ficamos no quarto 217.

Hotel super aconchegante, atendimento excelente, equipe atenciosa, o restaurante com muitas opções e pratos deliciosos. Café da manhã com bastante opções e bem gostoso. Quarto amplo e limpo. Possuem piscina aquecida, trilhas em meio a natureza e um Lago com gansos lindos. Apesar de estar no centro da cidade de Canela, bem silencioso o hotel. Voltaremos com certeza!

O hotel é bom, tem amplas acomodações, atendimento cordial, quartos bem limpos, porém precisa melhorar bastante em alguns pontos: - precisamos passar roupas e o hotel não disponibilizou ferro e também não possui serviço de lavanderia. - Pedimos o quarto twin, porém ao chegarmos, o quarto era com cama de casal. Conseguimos resolver, mas foi bem desgastante uma vez que estávamos muito cansados após uma viagem muito longa. - O café da manhã muito fraco. Pães velhos, alguns alimentos aproveitados do dia anterior, suco de laranja muito ruim. - O chuveiro muito instável, ao mesmo tempo que a temperatura estava agradável, vem do nada um jato de água muito quente ou muito gelada. Tirando esses pequenos contratempos, quero salientar que a equipe do hotel é sempre cordial e muito solicita em atender nossos pedidos. Destaque para Vitória, a recepcionista muito simpática.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
However, for my surprise, a additional value of R$ 17.84 was charged as a ”service fee” at the check-out, which was reported by the reception that the daily registered as a payment in the hotel system was not R$ 20.41 but a lower value of R$ 17.84.
The value of R$ 205.19 (card bill) + R$ 2.46 (tx of tourism paid at reception = correct) is being charged on my credit card.
At the end of the day is with the price of R$ 205.19 + R$ 2.46 + R$ 17.84 = R$ 225.49!
Clearer information on the daily prices is needed on the website of Trip.com. R$ 17.84 could be refunded/ returned.

The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

The hotel was very good and the hotel was very good and the hotel was very good and the hotel was very good and the maps were very good and the location was very good. Recreation area had careful and well-productive monitors, but many electronic equipment ( fliperama) contained defects, buttons that did not work ...in the area of the heated pool I didn't find interphone , to make requests for that area. The fourth family kitchen left to wish for no tools such as dishes, cups and cushions (I think it would be the minimum), great cleaning, excellent staff care! They make you feel at home.common facilities very nice and comfortable.

Brand new hotel and the only one in Gramado with a International hotel administration and a worldwide fidelity program for the guest users. Located in a beautiful scenery outside of city center but still very close to the town activities by car. Located close to the only indoor ski slope of South America and main attraction of Gramado. Also the only hotel in town to have Thermal Water Swimming Pool and that will be next to the only Thermal Water Park soon to be open in Gramado. Fun for adults and kids - cinema cyber kids club games fitness and sauna.

The Wyndham Gramado is a modern hotel of high standard yet gives the feeling of family friendliness. There were lots of families staying and the staff and guests were extremely helpful. The swimming and leisure facilities are relaxing with the thermal spring water at bath temperature. Breakfast time in the busy dining room with buffet including lots of local dishes is great for the uninitiated visitor to Brazil who are willing to try something different. There are a great many local attractions to keep all visitors happy especially at the lead up to Christmas with spectacular light displays including in the hotel decor. One highlight of many was a tour to the wine valley and meeting a lot of different friendly people. For us location, climate and local hospitality made for a memorable joyful experience.

MMark EThis was our first time in Gramado and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The special touches, cleanliness, and decorations made our stay here just perfect. The staff is very, very kind and helpful. And the scent throughout the halls in in the rooms was incredible. We will be back in the future. I looked at many hotels online as I planned this trip, so if you are reading reviews and trying to determine if this is the place for you… yes, yes it is. You’ll love it!

We realized this is the low end of this growing chain of hotels in the city. Upon entering the lobby is freshly decorated and the staff was polite but things got worse as our days continued. We were waiting in the lobby for our ride when a young man approached us about a discount for looking at their newest property. Now, I'd understand this except for the fact that this property is in need of care. Our bedroom had broken lights, drapes that did not close all the way, a shower that the floor needed repair on, and a room that was in general need of a redo. I went to breakfast and discovered the bee hive where our young man selling the new property came from. As I was chased down the hall by another young man trying to sell me another visit to thier showroom, I managed to get by but decided to skip breakfast not wanting to be engaged a third time by the gang that has base camp outside the dining room. How unpleasant. Worst of all, there is a separate beauty shop in the lobby. My wife needed to get her nails done. She made an appointment letting them know she was a hotel guest. Thier system was down as she booked for the next morning. As you can guess, they had no recollection or record of the appointment and told my wife they were booked solid. When my wife asked to see the owner or manager, she was unavailable but, the girl who booked her appointment appeared. In a wave and com'on, she begrudgingly attempted to take my wife back to do her nails. My wife said, ”not like that I'm not going without even an apology or sorry.” The front desk of this hotel, when asked about a restaurant recommendation, looking confused said, ”oh, a place to eat, uhmmmm, I guess I could look and see.” Well done! I guess we won't be back and we certainly won't be booking at your biggest and newest. We needed a place to get our work done and you provided a slop house with your sales people running around bothering everyone at a hotel you run in need of repairs and remodeling. Well done! If you Google, ”great sales techniques,” you'll find under what not to do, this entire hotel as an example including business you allow to mistreat your guests. There are plenty of places to stay in Gramado, pass on this one and the partner chain hotels unless they are the only one left. The good reviews are apperantly from when closer to the time the hotel was built. Build em and abandon them! Excellent strategy folks.

Um dos hotéis mais antigos de Gramada, mas isso não prejudica nada, pois está em excelente estado de conservação. Muitas áreas são reformadas, lindas e novinhas. Decoração impecável. Limpeza nota dez. Café da manhã bem variado, em ambiente amplo. Quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Atendimento excelente, padronizado. Todos os atendentes simpáticos, solícitos, educados. Parecem treinados em deixar os hóspedes acolhidos para que se sintam em casa. Fizeram um bolo especial para o nosso filho que estava de aniversário, para o café da manhã. No centro de Gramado conhecemos vários hotéis, mas com certeza este foi o melhor, o mais completo e com todas as áreas maravilhosas.

O Gramado Palace é inexplicável, em vários aspectos. Um hotel que te faz viajar pelo tempo, ele traz uma decoração única que te prende o olhar por onde passa, os corredores, as escadas, a vista desse hotel é única, bem como a experiência de se hospedar. Fui para a lua de mel, literalmente no mesmo dia do casamento, e não me arrependo em nada, eles tem uma decoração para casais surpreendente, o atendimento é excelente, o café da manhã, recheado de variedades me da saudade até hoje. Tem um restaurante incrível com preços ótimos e no hotel tem um delicioso chocolate quente. Simplesmente o lugar mais lindo e acolhedor que já fiquei até hoje, sem contar na trilha que tem em volta do hotel, tudo muito perfeito.

Very Good
I went to Gramado with my family and we stayed at Sky and how nice it was there. The experience was great, the breakfast was delicious with many varieties, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and relatively large for four people. The hotel is on a very famous avenue in Gramado, so everything is close by.
