Hotel excelente, quarto muito confortável e com toda a estrutura necessária, inclusive com máquina de café Nespresso. Há um carrinho que faz o transfer para a praia, onde há cadeiras, guarda sol, água gelada e toalhas.
Disponibilizam bicicletas (algumas elétricas).
Foi tudo maravilhoso. Espero voltar!

The staff is wonderful in every way...responsive, helpful and cheerful.
Would love to have a workout facility on campus, but understand space limitations. Complimentary hot coffee for guests early morning would be a nice addition.

Everything was excellent except the shower was an accident waiting to happen. The shower floor was very slick with no hand rails, the rainfall shower head was placed in the middle of the shower past the glass shower door. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor and drained across the floor. We made a towel dam to stop the water.
The staff was very friendly and always asking if we needed anything or needed help. This is a very relaxing property but missing a view.

The property was very clean and quiet staffing was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would like to give a shout out to Kemar Thorpe, Alba, Beverly and Carlos. Great hospitality polite courteous made my stay more relaxing and easy. Jay drove me to the beach every day.

Resort is nice and clean with friendly staff. Shuttle to and from beach is available when requested and only 3-4 minutes from the hotel. I would not hesitate booking this resort again.

The Oasis was the perfect place for our long weekend. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was only a very short shuttle ride away and there were tons of great amenities and restaurants within walking distance

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis. The property is a beautiful, lush garden. Our room was awesome with a huge balcony and outdoor shower which was lovely. Everything was so comfortable and relaxing! The beach area is the best we saw on Grace Bay Beach with very comfortable lounges, pillows and food and drinks available. E-bikes and bicycles were a little “tired” but usable and much appreciated to bike to the grocery store and around the island. Just much attention to detail throughout this hotel. Staff very responsive to any issues that occur. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location even though not beachfront convenient walk or shuttle to beach. Beautiful grounds. Felt like we had our own private pool! Staff was amazing except for manager not returning calls.
Only negative was unit below us was being renovated during the day and was VERY noisy. Two days we were notified about it but at least three other days no notice was given. Noise really reverberated through the cement floor.
When we called we were told manager was at lunch and would call us back, Never happened. They should have moved us to another unit right away!
