Grace Bay Club

Been going to TCI for about 17 years. Stayed at Grace Bay Club the last 8 years. We love GBC. They have 3 sections to this resort. While it sounds big, it really isn’t. They have an Estate section, secluded and exclusive to the guest staying there. The Hotel section, adult only with an adult only pool. And the Villas section, family friendly with a family pool. This resort is 100% ocean facing units. Personal concierge service if you choose to use them. They help you with anything you should need. I used them as well as my husband. They set up balloons ,cake and champagne for my daughters graduation from graduate school and a whole shindig for my 60th bday (thank you Patrick and Austen for this) GBC has an inclusive delicious breakfast with made to order any kind eggs. The breakfast staff is always lively. Junie, Christopher, Sonny, Rachael , Beatrice and everyone that works there! The beach is always quiet. The pools are wonderful with pool and beach attendants, Yeves, Moses, Jerry, Fitz and others. Infiniti Bar was our go to place for lunch most days! Pauline is a GEM. Thank you Pauline for always taking care of us. It’s much appreciated!!! Making my bday very special and my daughters graduation too. Daily and evening houskeeping always a good experience. Stocking fridge with water on a daily basis. Making sure our unit is cleaned and stocked. . Champagne and wine that GBC leaves is a plus. Highly recommend GBC. What I love the most about GBC is even at capacity, it does not feel crowded at all. Very quiet resort. In the evening we love Infiniti bar. It’s a beautiful laid back spot to just hang and have a drink. Included are non motorized water sports. Hobie Cat, kayaks, and SUPboards. Kids and Teen Club available for children looking for a break from parents;)

What an amazing overall stay - my husband and I have visited Turkes and Caicos over six time and this visit was by far the best! From the Birthday treat in room for my Husband’s birthday to every meal and interaction with the Team! Kudos and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Grace Bay Club was beautiful, the only thing better than the weather was the staff. Fun for all ages with the game room and kids club. Highly Recommended! Fredna and Fritz took the absolute best care of me and my family. We will be going back sometime in the near future.

We just completed a 10 day stay at Grace Bay Club. This was our first visit to TCI and this visit was nothing but exceptional. From the moment we arrived and our room being ready early, to retreating directly to the pool bar at the family pool where we were warmly greeted and taken care of by Gregory (who provided exceptional service until the day we left). We had a room in the adult only building, a ground floor junior suite. Our room was taken very well care of by the housekeeping staff every day, with the room being cleaned as we spent our days at the beach, and turndown service while out in the evening. We got to experience the offshore bar, where we were initially disappointed that the menu had recently changed and the sought after tacos were no longer available and the country music was no longer being played. Many return customers complained to management and the tacos and country music returned. We had the luxury of singing country music with Garth, enjoy the excellent service that both he and Andre provided, followed by diving into each of the tacos that were brought back. Our pool and beach attendant was Acelain who warmly greeted us every day. We saw him run from the minute we arrived to setup our chairs, to food and beverages pool and beach side, he hustled every single day, with a smile. Additionally we received exceptional service at Infiniti bar, where we tended to visit end each evening. Joel, Peter and Carmen were phenomenal, they were the great end to each evening. This was a splurge for us and we appreciated each and every resort employee. Any negative experiences we did had were inflicted by others staying at the property and seeing how some of the employees were treated, however these are things out of our control and could never hold that against the resort. GBC thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We stayed on the Estate side of the property and it was absolutely gorgeous! The room accommodations were perfect! The property was clean and the staff was friendly. I’d like to especially shout out Fredna who made our stay wonderful! She was professional, courteous, and accommodating! Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her!

In short, "wow!". Stellar entire experience from start to finish. Professional, proactive and smiley staff addressing and anticipating all our needs while also giving us the space and peace to enjoy our holiday. Beautiful immaculate estate, (no noisy leaf blowers!) large comfortable rooms, soft white towels and super soft steam pressed sheets, a variety of fluffy to supportive pillow types to suit all preferences. Beach owels and filtered water easily available throughout the property, as well as large bottles of. mineral "reef friendly" sun screen and very welcome soothing aloe at the end of the day :). Nothing was too much for this crew. All the small touches made such a massive difference on this amazing trip! Thank you Team GBC!
