On arrival late at night, there was no where to get food for my son. They did arrange for a plate of food which I was grateful for but there was no choice of what to eat which will always be tricky. On seeing our room I asked if we could be moved as this wasn’t what I had expected. Two single beds and a disabled bathroom which was unusable. The answer was they were full. It was too late at night to do much as we were exhausted. The next day, used the shower with difficulty as the disabled shower seat that is fixed to the wall is in the way of being able to shower. There was also no shower screen so the floor was flooded and dangerous. That evening the power went out but it was just before we went to sleep so I decided to wait until the morning to raise with reception and to again request a room transfer. Reception agreed but I made them aware I was out for the day so they assured me they would take care of everything. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I asked at reception what the situation was with our room. They sounded surprised like it was new information and advised they were full and I would have to ask if I could be moved in the morning. On explaining again I had already asked that morning they called management and a room was magically available. We packed, they collected our things and moved us to the new room. This time the bed configuration was as expected and there was a normal bathroom with a shower screen. We quickly learnt the tv was not working, I called reception and they replaced it quickly but with a very small tv in comparison. Both rooms were very tired and in need of maintenance. The bathrooms didn’t feel very clean. This is definitely not a 5* hotel. The food was boring, repetitive and lacking proper meals. My son struggled with what to eat and pretty much ate plain spaghetti every day. He didn’t even like the desserts. There are often no identifiers if food contains meat unless it’s obvious, and there were times where labels just stated meat in the title…but what meat would be nice to know. The swimming pools were nice, they were a tad chilly though. The beach is stoney and the sea bed is full of rocks so you need beach shoes. You can however access the see from decking further out which avoids the rocks :) Now to the really disappointing bits, we booked two day trips through what I assumed was an approved and trusted provider as there details were provided to me from the hotel on arrival and they arranged a welcome meeting with me in the lobby. Unfortunately, for one of the trips, my son and I were dropped off at the venue by the taxi driver who left us before we were admitted to then discover the ticket was not valid and the tour operator had not paid for our ticket. My son and I were stranded, I had literally no idea what to do. The venue eventually decided to let us in as a goodwill by agreement from their accountant which we were entirely grateful for. We stayed at the hotel in April 2024 with a company (adults of different ages, including with young children). Personally, this is not the first time we have visited this hotel, and, accordingly, we recommended it to our friends, because we really liked the hotel from the first visit: the aesthetic interior; beautiful, comfortable recreation areas; the raises are simply magnificent! It would be possible to walk around the territory and look for flaws, but it's a pity to have time for this, since there is so much to have time to enjoy! The food in the main restaurant is simply excellent, the quality of the products and dishes is the highest, everything is very tasty. I immediately noticed the beauty of the design of the dishes and the cleanliness of the halls and the serving. The reception staff, waiters, cleaning service are very attentive, polite, courteous and friendly! There are Russian-speaking employees, thanks to whom all issues were resolved as quickly as possible. High-level service. Pleasant evening shows, music in the bar. We came back few days ago and still have mixed feeling about this hotel. Maybe I will start with positive before going into negatives. The gardens are beautifull and we did have a nice walks around the hotel grounds. As we went with kids 3 years and 8 years old wanted to say massive thank you to all the girls from kids club. Thay are all so amazing, friendly, warm and kids loved them all. Entertaiment team was ok, nothing bad but also nothing special. At least to us. Guest realtions totally useless and rude. Every time I had to speak to them felt very uncomfortable like why I bother them ( dont think they liked the fact that I spoke english rather than russian) . Snack bar by the beach disaster if you get lucky for someone to uproach you at all to take order than 99% of the time they will bring only hald of your food. In general from all expierences I had in Turkey this was very dissapointing regarding staff frendliness not even a smile while sweving you. Rooms very disapointing, huge hole in the wall, holes in bathroom walls, wheb you take shower all the water leaks trough the glass and flood whole bathroom( guest realtions only shrugged shoulders amd said all the rooms ar the same) , we lived clowe to reception, for two nights couldnt sleep because of loud nusic ( complained to guest relations again shrugged shoulders and thats it) . Food nice but as loads people mentioned already very eastern european kind of. Not for english taste for sure. All in total go if you get really cheap deal maybe worth going, otherwise wouldnt bother as apart from surroudings and kids club there is nothing else good about this hotel.

A great place to relax with the family, which did not disappoint again. Great hotel, friendly staff, great beach and tasty food, many bars with various drinks. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I have to mention Faruk, the guest chef, who was very helpful and lovely. I will definitely come back here. It was for sure one of the greatest hotels I’ve been to and wonderful holiday experience.

2-3-4-5 Mayıs tarihleri arasında 14 kişilik rezervasyon yaptık. Tatilimiz boyunca herkes çok mutlu oldu. Biz sadece eğlenmeyi düşündük. Gerisini otelin Genel Müdürü Metin Bey ve arkadaşları zaten düşünmüştü. Sizlerde düşünmeyiniz. Gidiniz . ..... Ekim 3-4-5-6 tarihlerinde tekrar görüşmek üzere.........Teşekkürler ...
