Corendon Playa Kemer Hotel

Özellikle yabancı çalışanlar müşteri hizmetleri kalitesi oldukça düşük ,ne dediklerimizi ve istediklerimizi anlamakta güçlük çekiyorlar.Yemek servislerinde personel yetersiz ve enerjileri düşük .Animasyonlarda müzik başta olmak üzere çok şey beklememek gerekir.Bu kadar yüksek puanı alacak fiyat performansı yokmuş.

We are now entering the last few days of our holiday The hotel is absolutely fantastic,,,the beach incredibly seductive and the staff are mostly friendly!!! We are very aware that we are here at the start of the season as such there are a few things that are not fully operational like the cabana’s and the watersports however this has not dampened our enthusiasm The food in the main restaurant is decent however the food court is fantastic especially the pizzas which are simply fantastic and our man Adnan is so so accommodating!!! Entertainment is great and as relaxing as you wish it to be although as the season progresses I’m sure it will “crank up “ and the main stages will be used to their full potential All in all the hotel is great however there has not been a cautionary note about the housekeeping,,, not great and much room for improvement I’m sure my wife and I shall return soon

Second time at Corendon Playa and and another lovely holiday and experience. The highlight this year was the spa and the treatment I received. Big thank you to Yuksel Arikan for pointing out to me about my lymph nodes being swallen. Lymphatic drainage massage was a first experience for me but solved the problem with bloating and tiredness....plus my skin looks amazing 👏. Thank you to the spa team and all the lovely staff in the resort.

Visiting with friends. Initially the hotel is a nice layout. There are three accessible bars; The Lobby, Poolside and Restaurant bar. All of which serve a good, varied range of drinks, meals mostly branded. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A great range of bathroom disposables including toothbrush& paste, razor & cream, loofah, soap, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, cotton buds, sanitary products and conditioner. The staff are why I have bumped my rating up. The restaurant and bar staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. From helping connect phones to liaising with the bank and hospital when we had an emergency. Always a cheery greeting and smiles (well, from most but you always get one or two grumpy ones) The lifeguards are great and very attentive. What stopped me giving five stars was the food. Although it was good it was very much the same type of thing meal after meal. A lot of food wasn’t served hot enough. Mashed potatoes are packet.

We arrived at the Hotel late evening, we were greeted, checked in effortlessly, we were asked if we were hungry and if so we could go to the food court in the grounds. The porter took-us and our luggage to our room which was very nice and we had an excellent view. We then headed down to the food court and the light meal we had was very good. Our room! Very good, there was a coffee machine and kettle + a filled fridge with water beer and soft drinks, the fridge was checked everyday. Room cleaners generally very good, we did notice dust on the bathroom shelves and coffee machine but this could have been due to the fact that we left the balcony door open, plenty of shower gel shampoo conditioner and moisturiser, also toothbrushes shower cap etc.Towels changed daily. Bed! Very comfortable, pillows soft, bedding changed regularly. Plenty of wardrobe space and shelves. The balcony was roomy nice chairs and a small line to hang your swimwear or underwear. Inside the hotel was spotless, also around the pool and grounds were kept very clean.The pools were also very clean, free towels for pool and beach, also a disability chair at the poolside. Beach areas were kept clean. Restaurants, the main food hall, breakfast plenty of choices, also lunch and evening meals, once again we always found plenty of choices albeit quite a few were Turkish which one would expect, so if you want bacon or pork you won’t get it. The food hall was very good and it was open 24/7. The Patisserie was incredible, if you like cakes you’d be in your element, the Turkish apple pie was really delicious, as were the baklavas and coffee. We didn’t go to the a la Carte restaurants so unable to comment. Pool bar was good but the cocktails! Not very good, that was the only negative. We were at Corendon from 3rd-14th so it was almost the end of the season, but the standards were still very good. The main dining hall closed and moved to the food court owing to the fact that there were a lot less holiday makers and the standards there were excellent. The weather whilst there was beyond our expectations 24-26c which was great for me as I don’t like it too hot. Overall experience was excellent.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Welcomed by two friendly receptionists on arrival. Room on 3rd floor with sea view was perfect. Hotel spotless. Food and drink great quality and all staff extremely friendly. Beautiful view at night from terrace at reception bar. Cannot fault this hotel and would recommend. Was worried by some reviews but ignore. Dolmus to Kemer just outside hotel. Perfect week.

Amazing hotel. Me and my hunsband enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone speak russian and english. Amazing food, tasty cocktails. Great shows and DJ's in evenings. One small downside for us was that people are allowed to smoke everywhere outside and in balconies outside their rooms. It is a bit uncomfortable for non smokers, as it smells of cigarettes everywhere.

Hotel was lovely and although full it never seemed crowded. A very clean hotel and staff were fine and non intrusive. A lovely place to chill and relax. Only problem was the jetty and beach cabanas were extra if you wished to use them. Therefore not all was totally all inclusive. They lay empty most of the time and at this time of year they could have been offered to customers if requested. That being said we were very happy at the pool or on the beach. Staff worked very hard. We would definitely go back.
