I read every review before selecting this hotel (and I did not book a package through any provider). The trip started off to a different step but there is something different to this experience. Keep reading! Upon arrival the man at the gate could not find our booking but reception did and that felt great! A nice lady checked us in and another man helped us with our bags to our room. Great service! I had emailed the hotel ahead of our stay to see if there were any free upgrades available- cheeky I know, but we were celebrating my birthday and as a single mom, I had to try! Because why not? The hotel did respond that there was upgrades available but for a charge, which I expected, and they also informed me about some birthday packages, but I politely declined as this is not what I was interested in but great to be informed. We were placed in a room that has three single beds, so we ended up pushing two of them together (as it was only my young child and I). The balcony was nice size, and has a place to air dry your swim wear. This room overlooked the "relax" part of the hotel and the dinner area where they cook the food. I could see a tiny bit of the ocean through the trees. There was a minibar in the room with loads of options per day, and better than most hotels! The air conditioning is not on as it is currently out of season, and although the first sleep was a bit rough, again keep reading! On our first night at dinner the staff could not find us a seat and when we asked for assistance to find a spot in the dinner area the staff just left us and so we sat ourselves in the pool bar area not set up for dinner. This is where I would have given the hotel 4+* instead of 5*. To be quite honest, this birthday trip was turned into quite a fun magical dream! Even though it may not seem like lots of magic, it was amazing for us. The Guest Relations team got in touch and turn the entire week into the most fabulous holiday - and most especially for my birthday! Adnan, Mustafa, and many others made our stay so so incredibly special. From the amazing 5* attention/service at all meal times and in between (after the initial seating issue), to a room upgrade, to the feeling of always being taken care of, it was absolutely spectacular service and I hope to come back here each year for a holiday in Kemer area. This is based on customer service alone! This was the first all inclusive holiday both my child and I said we want to visit again soon. Thank you everyone, we had a blast visiting your special place, thank you for the surprise of decorating my room for my birthday and the surpise cake!!! **Also, on my birthday, I could not find my son and searched everywhere, (and I freaked out -as any mother would), and AGAIN Adnan, and the hotel team located him right away!!! Everything is amazing. We hope to see you all again sometime soon.

Nice hotel for off season stay. The stay was nice and all inconvenience were resolved very quickly. They offer a nice variety of food an beverages. Main international brands are also offered in the bars like Absolut vodka and Gordon's Gin. Entertainment team tries their best and you have something to do all the day although evening live music could have more temperament. The only thing that we missed was table service in main restaurant since there was almost none. All in all the stay was wonderful.

The coral group made the holiday spectacular If it wasn’t for them the holiday would not be 10/10. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Our original hotel cancelled on us so I booked this in a panic and was unsure what to expect... we were so happy we ended up at Seven Seas Life hotel. This is a lovely hotel with gorgeous gardens, wonderful staff and great facilities. We loved the heated pool and water slides and offers of activities. Food was great.. lots of traditional Turkish food and great drinks. We had a superior room which was perfect for a family of 4. Big room with divider/ partition wall and revolving TV! Beach pretty and being early in the season it felt so chilled and there was always quiet spaces to get away if you wanted. Small enough to let older children explore without having to worry. Staff and lifeguards all around the pools and beach. We didn't use the kids club childcare but it looked really great.

Great hotel. They can’t do enough for you. Wasn’t ridiculously busy so no queues for food or drinks. Sun beds aplenty. Will return. Some people thought the food was limited but we liked it. The best restaurant was the one nearest the beach bar. Staff were lovely. Antalya very easy to get by public transport (and very cheap). Don’t bother with a taxi.

Room very clean. Staff are fantastic. Having lots of fun. Fantastic cocktails and handsome waiting staff ;0). Near town for excellent shopping. Sunbathing on the pier is beautiful. Gardens and surroundings are stunning. Food is ok would be better if it was hot but everything else makes up for that!

We were blown away by this hotel! It’s so beautiful and the staff are fantastic. It was both amazing for the kids and for adults. Great facilities for the children - kids restaurant, park, face painting , mini disco etc but none of it too in your face. Several choices of pool. The beach is beautiful and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The entertainment was great (we weren’t sure how it would all be so early in the season) and the drinks choices were great - lovely cocktails etc. We have never been return guests at a hotel before because we like to try new places but we are already looking into booking our next trip to this fabulous hotel. (We stayed in room 1345) .
