The staff working on the weekend were super nice and helpful, and I’ve stayed here many, many times, always so nice & such a lovely boutique place to stay with many awesome things to like. On the day I checked out oh my god, where did this girl suddenly come from? Little wanna be Swedish police officer banging on my door trying to get in. Ok i fell asleep after breakfast? So what. Even after i checked out & and was just having a coffee in the lobby, she came again in my face demanding to know if i had checked out? She was just rude, unprofessional, behavior was unbelievable. Really ruined my experience at the nice hotel Pigalle. Actually, I don’t accept people thinking they are better than everyone else & they think that they can just talk to people like they are a piece of crap. Therefore, sadly, I don’t think I will ever stay here ever again.. Sorry but..

Jättefin inredning och atmosfär, men det som drog ner betyget var några saker; något fel på ventilation/temperatur på rummet. Alldeles för varmt. Vi ändrade på termostaten och satte timer men det funkade bara ett tag och alldeles för klent. Samtidigt var det varm luft som kom ut vid fönstret. Sov dåligt pga för varmt och kvavt på rummet. Rum 125. Sa till i receptionen och någon kom och kollade till, men det dröjde inte länge förrän det återigen blev för varmt. Något annat som kändes lite ofräscht var att vi tappade upp vatten i badkaret och vattnet var gult. Även stark lukt i korridoren av något parfymerat.

Not really the level what we expected. Placed in room with tram outside without telling us making the night and early morning not possible to sleep well. Poor communication from the staff! Will choose another hotel next time.

No Kleenex or luggage stands. Had to ask for wash cloths. Breakfasts over three days varied in quality; food and coffee never hot. Room was dark. Staff always pleasant and very helpful. Dinner in restaurant was very good.

Very interesting character hotel with excellent staff.
The location is handy for the central station and close walking distance to several tourist attractions.
Breakfast options are good and of a high standard. Dinner at the rooftop bar is also good.
