I had it in a Japanese-style room with only two sets, but except for rice miso soup dessert, everything was lined up on the table, including tempura. As a souvenir, I recommend the ”Senkei Manju” moon cake with the Senkei logo as a motif, but I wouldn't recommend it. Before checking in and when checking out, you can rest in the lounge on the 1st floor of the West Building. Only hot drinks are served before check-in, and before and after check-out hot drinks, frozen yogurt and cold drinks from Yasuda Yogurt are served. This location is unbeatable It takes about 25 minutes on the first bus from the airport to Niigata Station. The hotel is right next to the station and is easy to find. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby and it's very convenient to walk! It’s also very close to shopping malls and supermarkets on foot. The hotel room itself was priced at this price. When I arrived, I was still surprised that it was so spacious. The bedside seat and table design are very convenient and comfortable

It's conveniently located right in front of the station. I had a comfortable time. When I chose the plan that included breakfast, it was a very varied buffet style meal, and I was able to enjoy two types of Koshihikari rice from Niigata with various side dishes. When I stay at this hotel again, I would like to choose a plan that includes breakfast.

I booked a deluxe room for 3 adults and 1 child 11 years old. I was asked to bring one extra bed and the amenities for four people. There were only 3 sets of bath towels and face towels, so I asked for one, and they were very responsive and delivered quickly. It was one of my most memorable trips with my family, so I'm very satisfied. Since it's not within easy reach, I had a very comfortable stay for two nights.

The hot spring water quality is very good. Although the room is old and full of Japanese style, there is very little food on the hot spring street. It is best to choose one berth and two foods.

I came to watch the match in Albirex Niigata. The room and breakfast were satisfactory. The guide was also polite and helpful. However, the explanation of the parking situation of private cars to the match venue was inaccurate, and I was a little troubled locally. Other than that, I am satisfied.
