The bath for guests in the indoor bath and the bedrock bath on the second floor are not hot springs. There were two open-air baths, which were large and the hot springs were light brown salty hot springs. What was disappointing in the bath was that I couldn't enter from 7 o'clock the next morning. Breakfast was from 8 o'clock, so I couldn't enter slowly in the morning. The room was already covered with futons. The room and washroom area were all barrier-free and clean rooms. Supper was the top Agano Gozen course (6600 yen if you ask for a single item). I had it in a Japanese-style room with only two sets, but except for rice miso soup dessert, everything was lined up on the table, including tempura. In terms of content, it was the standard content of the inn, such as sashimi and chawanmushi. It was good that the half body of the crab was processed easily to eat. It was a meal on tatami mats in a Japanese-style room, so it seemed to be painful for me. I ordered sake because it was 1680 yen for Kirinzan traditional dry 21 degrees (original sake 720cc). It was a delicious sake. Breakfast was served at the dining room of the day trip hot spring from 8 o'clock. It was set on the table from around 6:30. The side dishes were only small bowls with a very light taste, such as cherry blossoms, natto and seaweed. * and only rice can be replaced. Although the inn fee was high, there were too few side dishes. Yasuda's yogurt drink was served on the table with children. It seems that the breakfast for children was exactly the same as for adults. It seems that many people eat at this inn at the dining room of the day trip hot spring even if they stay. I feel that the cost performance is better. There was no hospitality and it was not a relaxing inn.

We stayed two nights at the JR East Hotel Mets at the Niigata station after arriving from Tokyo by Shinkansen. I think we exited to the western concourse and signs to hotel were easy enough to follow. The walkway enters level 3 of the hotel. Very conveniently, right next to a 7-Eleven. Also super convenient is the sake museum. Definitely must visit. Check-in was efficient and we were given rooms on the top floor (level 9). A rather basic room that has everything except for an in-room safe. No coffee (nor bottled water) was provided with the kettle but only tea. Not a problem as free coffee can be made in the waiting area next to the reception. Also in the reception area is where more bathroom amenities are provided. Only toothbrushes are in the room. The bath area in the room is large with a wash area and a stool like at the onsen along with a bathtub. That’s where a visit to the amenities area in reception comes in handy. Wifi was speedy enough for our needs. The convenient location was great for us as we arrived in the rain. There is plenty of choices for food and even shopping. Do explore around. We did buy day passes for the Niigata City Loop Bus (JPY500 per adult). Check-out was as efficient as check-in. While there wasn’t much of a view, the hotel was just right for us. Definitely worth considering

I stayed during the snow damage. The bathrooms are switched in the evening and in the morning. Amenities are available next to the elevator on the guest room floor, and towels are available in each room and bathroom. The room is large enough for 3 people to relax, and I would appreciate a legless chair. For dinner, there is a venue on the 1st floor of the West Building, and you can choose between 18:00 and 18:30. Murakami beef and Shibata beef comparison sets, grilled Nodoguro, Western-style chawanmushi, etc., are attacking quality rather than quantity, so I refused rice and barely ate it all in my stomach. Breakfast is a buffet at ”Dynasty” on the 2nd floor of the West Building, and Yasuda yogurt is also served. As a souvenir, I recommend the ”Senkei Manju” moon cake with the Senkei logo as a motif, but I wouldn't recommend it. Before checking in and when checking out, you can rest in the lounge on the 1st floor of the West Building. Only hot drinks are served before check-in, and before and after check-out hot drinks, frozen yogurt and cold drinks from Yasuda Yogurt are served. The parking lot 🅿️ is opposite the entrance, and the bus stop is near the entrance of the entrance. This location is unbeatable It takes about 25 minutes on the first bus from the airport to Niigata Station. The hotel is right next to the station and is easy to find. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby and it's very convenient to walk! It’s also very close to shopping malls and supermarkets on foot. The hotel room itself was priced at this price. When I arrived, I was still surprised that it was so spacious. The bedside seat and table design are very convenient and comfortable

I booked a deluxe room for 3 adults and 1 child 11 years old. I was asked to bring one extra bed and the amenities for four people. There were only 3 sets of bath towels and face towels, so I asked for one, and they were very responsive and delivered quickly. It was one of my most memorable trips with my family, so I'm very satisfied. Since it's not within easy reach, I had a very comfortable stay for two nights.

I used this hotel using GoTo travel this time, but this price is cheap with breakfast even at the original value. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is large and the table is a little size to work. The parking lot is also free and large, so you can use it with peace of mind. The hot spring water quality is very good. Although the room is old and full of Japanese style, there is very little food on the hot spring street. It is best to choose one berth and two foods.

A clean and nice hotel. The parking lot was a parking space that surrounds the site, but I couldn't park it, so I was guided to a contract parking lot a little far away.
