2024 Ramazan Bayramı'nda ailecek 2 gece konakladık.Otel personeli son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve nazik.Otel,karşılıklı 2 binadan oluşuyor; yeni olan binada sadece odalar varken eski olanda spa-havuz-yemek vs ve tabii ki odalar mevcut.Biz eski olan binada kaldık.Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde,zengin çeşitli,taze ve lezzetliydi.Konum olarak da merkezi bir yerde olan otelde,odaların temizliği 5 üzerinden 4 puan alır.Asansörde kısa süreli bir arıza durumu da yaşandı,ama birkaç saat içinde düzeltildi.Havuz, 1.30cm derinliğinde kapalı, küçük ve yetersiz bir havuzdu,ayrıca ıslak alanda sauna-hamam-havuz karma kullanılan alanlar... hassasiyeti olan aileler sıkıntı yaşayabilirler.Biz genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık.

Rooms were clean, however spa area was not. It smelled bad and was dank. Did not use gym or spa facilities because of this. Breakfast was good though.

The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table.

We stayed over for one night only and arrived rather late. Staff at reception were very friendly even though they spoke and understood very little English. We were handed our room keys very quickly and because we had booked dinner, was almost served immediately. Dinner was good. Our room was good and very neat. We took a walk after dinner as the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and lots of places for one to explore and enjoy. Breakfast was minimal variety but good. I would definitely stay over again in future

Pleasant hotel. Very nice room with comfortable beds. It was just a little noisey in the early morning with people talking in the street. Staff were friendly but do not understand and speak much English. Dinner was a set menu. The food was tasty but was only luke warm. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice for just an overnight stay.

This hotel was a good choice. The hotel is clean, room not small with a big bathroom and shower. They have a spa and the restaurant, but outside there are plenty of restaurants to chouse, where you can go also by walking . Breakfast and dinner were great. The waiters and people on reception are very kind.
