The toilet paper was the cheapest of any hotel we’ve stayed at. No microwave, the tub stopper didn’t keep the water in the tub. The hotel has seen better days. The carpet in the hallway was coming apart and was well worn. No breakfast was provided and the restaurant attached was overpriced. The staff was indifferent at best and maybe hostile.

Great stay - room was clean, pool is a bit musty and rusty, but worked ok for the kid. The best part was the bistro that has a bar at night and the breakfast options were amazing. The chef was great and meals were incredible! Will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, and was comfortable. Located in a very convenient area and surrounded by everything. The bed was perfect and we slept well. Look forward to our next trip and staying there.

Hotel room and hallways were not very clean. We also had to switch rooms three different times upon checking in due to first being put into a handicap room that we did not request (also numerous ants in the room) and then being put into a different room that wasn't ready for use as maintenance had the bathroom light fixture torn apart with the glass cover laying in the middle of the room

I made a last minute reservation. The lady at the frint desk was extremely nice! Got me in my room very fast, no standing around waiting for service. The room was fabulous. Clean. The entire stay was wonderful! Will definitely stay again when im in Goodlettsville

Great stay for our visit with family in Nashville. We were pretty much only there to sleep, but the room was very comfortable for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked well. We did not hear a lot of noise.

I stopped at this hotel with my family while just passing through Tennessee. I parked my truck just before midnight and got up at 7:00 to hit the road again. In less than 8 hours we were there, thives stole over $7,000 worth of tools from my truck. With how much the dug through my truck and the ammount of items taken, they were there for quite some time. After calling goodlettsville PD, i went inside to see if there was any camera footage. This hotel has no cameras in the parking lot. The receptionist also informed me the parking lot lights hadn't worked for the last 4 days.
While i understand the hotel "isnt responsible for lost or damaged property", the hotels lack of security is just enabling theives.
