"Através de uma experiência maravilhosa, o hotel está localizado a cerca de 7 minutos a pé da estação ferroviária e está localizado na rua alta (centro da cidade).A sala não é muito espaçosa, mas apenas o que você precisa! É Muito bonito e confortável e com um fã!!( absolutamente necessário neste clima quente!) Eu amo a nota de boas-vindas escritas do guarda-costas, tão pensante. Todos no hotel são super amigáveis e ajudantes. A comida é incrível e se você VEM EM breve, você TEM que tentar SUAS especialidades de sprits de verão. Eu recomendaria este hotel a qualquer um que VEM para a região. Este é o Melhor valor para o dinheiro Na nossa viagem no Reino Unido. Eu daria um 6 out 5 😅"

"Stopped off here to refuel after a long walk in the lovely Surrey Hills locally. Fabulous beers and carefully crafted cocktails, followed by the tastiest pizzas we’ve had in a long, long time. Great service too. Gets really busy- go early, or book a table!"

"Reservei o hotel para mim e para a minha filha para um intervalo de spa por alguns dias, tivemos um BOM tempo juntos.A localização é ótima, muito tranquila e com excelente vista, ao mesmo tempo muito perto do centro da cidade. A cama é muito confortável, o restaurante é um pouco limitado, então comemos principalmente no centro da cidade. Um Grande problema para mim é que a porta para o bloco de construção não está fechada, a Grande Bang, que se seguiu com a abertura de todas as portas, era Alto, a nossa porta estava tremendo com ele.Eu sou um dormidor leve, minha manhã era Muito pobre."

"Bar staff need training, awful service, no interaction and definitely no smiles. Such a shame as this pub is beautiful. Took so long to get served we left even though it wasn’t busy and adequately staffed. I know it’s an old pub but my god the cobwebs and dust!"

"Tudo bem, excepto algumas coisas: - Eu não sabia que o pagamento para as duas quartos tinha sido tomado 10 dias antes de nós check-in....(na reserva ele disse 'pagar no hotel'). - o 'menu de preços fixos' oferecido no menu da refeição deve indicar 'só disponível segunda-feira a quinta-feira'. - Quando olhar para trás, a minha confirmação de reserva prometeu um frasco de Tilford ale. Não há sinal desse no nosso quarto."

"Having given the owner of this awful place plenty of time to issue a refund…several months in fact….I have taken to writing a bad review. This place was terrible… nobody here when we arrived, owner and his son finally turned up they were rude and had clearly been drinking!! Not an issue except the owner was driving! Shown to room it was filthy with stuff left from previous guests, dusty and needed updating. Breakfast only available to owners convenience and had to share a bathroom which is not great. Felt like we had moved into a house share rather than booking a relaxing night away! Have requested refund multiple times including in person before we left but didn’t argue our point as there were several of the sons mates there and we felt threatened! All emails ignored! Needless to say would never stay again and would advise anyone else to avoid!!"
