Clean and cheap.hotel with free breakfast. Breakfast is good but very short time from 7 to 9am only. Check in is easy and counter girl is friendly.

Great location. Older hotel/motel, but very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was limited. No hot food, but did have good coffee with french vanilla creamer, always a plus. Hours for breakfast 0700-0900, which is kinda short, but doable. Toilet moved when getting up off it, but office closed when we left, so couldn't let them know. Free parking on site.

Very convenient hotel in walking distance to Hot Springs, Ropeway, Mexican Tequila Restaurant . Very friendly staff at the reception. They offered Hot Springs admission for $27 when it's $39 on site.

The stay itself was uneventful. The bed felt like I was laying on plyboard, which would be my biggest complaint. The other complaint that I have is that nearly every outlet hole had been covered with a flat plate giving no access to most of the outlets in the room, including the one right next to the bed. If an individual had a CPAP machine, it would have proven very difficult to use it in the room as it was set up.

This place has been nicely renovated and is super clean and close to both hot springs locations. The staff was super friendly too. Will definitely stay again.

The location was very good--close to downtown and we had a great view of the mountains. The staff were very kind and helpful. They kept things neat and tidy in and around the property. The telephone in the unit did not work and we had difficulty getting the key to open the door. We missed having a coffee pot in the room. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay there and would return on a future trip to Glenwood Springs and the price was right.
