We could not be more thankful for this hotel. We got stuck in Denver for snow and were in a hurry to find a family-friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean, we felt safe, and the surrounding area is very easy to navigate for non-locals with a lot of stores and restaurants close by without the stress of being directly in downtown Denver.

The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, but didn't get our Hilton Honors cookies. Parking was close and easy. Restaurants within a 1 minute walk from hotel.

We stayed on NYE after going to an Avalanche game. The price was SO reasonable, especially compared to downtown. The room was comfortable, loved the little mini store next to the check in desk and the bar and bartender were fabulous. We'd for sure stay here again!

Breakfast could be better. The juice is watered down. One morning, my yogurt tasted bad, and it, as well as all the other yogurts, had expired. The bananas at breakfast were usually verging on black. There was no decaf coffee readily available. Very mediocre breakfast and could easily be a better one.

Key system needs refurbishing. Every time we used the key, we had to go back down to the lobby and get a new key. Key appears to work once and,have to be remagnitized.

It was honestly pretty run down and not very clean. There were bugs in the bathroom sink that kept coming out of the seams. Hair in the shower that wasn’t ours and there was a sketchy brown/red spot on the duvet cover.

Very well maintained hotel, convenient location to Denver and south suburbs. Room was nice! I appreciate the pumps of soap, lotion etc in place of mini bottles. The only negative that I would highlight is the pet fee. Even if you stay for just one night, there is a $75 non refundable charge for having a pet. This is a rather absurd amount to charge. I would be ok with paying $25 non refundable and putting down a deposit that would cover any damage to the room that a pet may cause. Bad on me for not inquiring about the fee when I made the reservation. If I had known that was going to be the pet fee, I would have booked at another hotel that is just as nice and doesn't charge such a high pet fee.

First room had bloody sheets, second room you know the one we were loved to had a mysterious brown stain. Rooms were in terribly dirty condition. Pictures as back up.
