Nossa estadia aqui, embora curta, tem sido incrível. Nós ficamos em um apartamento de 2 quartos com vista para o mar com muito espaço, área tranquila e agradável e serviço fantástico por meio de concierge após uma confusão com a nossa reserva. A uma curta caminhada de lojas e restaurantes. Apartamento espaçoso, camas confortáveis, talvez algumas toalhas extras seria bom, caso contrário, uma estadia fantástica. Valeu a pena o dinheiro para ficar aqui como nossa primeira parada de Gold Coast para Airlie Beach. Ficaria de novo.

公寓基本沒有服務。這個倒是符合預期。關鍵是入住當天飛機晚上8點到的。酒店下午五點就沒有服務人員了，沒法辦理入住。酒店大堂因為沒有鑰匙無法進入。後來是其它客人下樓，才進入大堂。然後是因為其它客人錯拿了我們的房卡，我們才有了房卡，不然當晚就露宿街頭了。五點後到達的外國客人都收到酒店通知，告知五點後到達如何在門外的信箱取鑰匙。並且有密碼。我沒有收到這方面的訊息。應該是攜程這方面沒有協調好。希望攜程以後訂國外的公寓酒店要注意協調。並且酒店的應急電話也沒人接聽。

The aircon really didn’t work very well. Also the information provided was outdated. The access code to the carpark was old as was the out of hours phone number details…

One of the most dirty and dilapidated places I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Started with my arrival at 2:30pm, couldn't get in the door as there was nobody at reception. Had to phone the number on the outside sign (at my own expense) a few times before anyone bothered to answer. I was then directed to a keybox. Apparently I should have got an email to explain this but I didn't and neither did the other 2 groups I saw over the afternoon with the same issue. When I got to the room everything was horrible as you can see by the photos. Carpet was dirty, drawers were filthy and the couch looked like it had been taken from the dump, I can only imagine how many germs were growing on it. Then tried to turn the TV on which didn't work. Checked the remote batteries, obviously hadn't worked for ages as you can see from the photos. Still nobody at reception to advise of this issue or of the lack of cleanliness of the room. Nobody at reception on check out either and no directions on where to leave the key. Once again had to make numerous calls before anyone answered. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere

Main bathroom was dirty, shower smelt and was unusable. Bed was broken and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The noise from party goers dispersing from the clubs at 3am was enough to keep us up for hours

Not our first visit here. Nothing much had changed. Why pay top price for a 25m apartment when you can have one cheaper 4 times the size. Two bedrooms and bathrooms was more than we needed. As well as a kitchen, dining, lounge and verandah. I do like a bit of space. And the view is one of the best around of the harbour. Our 4 x4 we know fits in their car park although this time I think we may have had the wrong one. We were directed to the usual but could not find our number which may have been in the other car park. We stayed in there anyway in a general spot. The shower wasn't the best I've ever had but it past and the one in the other room over the bath I couldn't get going as it had a switch mechanism that you had to exchange with the bath. The beds were good though. They did also have a very good welcome booklet that even told you how to work the wonderful TV and foxtel. BONUS...made it so easy with instructions. I think there were 3 aircons...

Great location and property provided all facilities needed for our 3 night stay. Comfortable and fabulous views. Noise was a problem on Friday night from a loud crowd in the street, however much quieter other nights.

The reception staff were exceptional. The lovely lady who serviced our room each day made our stay with her smiling face. She would be an asset to any business.

It was good. Very good
