Room #2. It stunk, damp and stagnant. The hot water was awful to work. Mould in bathroom that wiped off easy for me so not hard for them to clean. The mattresses were lumpy stained and mouldy. Strange white crusty substance on the curtains. Tobacco and hair in the 'clean' bowls. Cups dirty. Snot on the wall. Dusty. Yellow goo on light fittings. Disgusting. Very expensive at over $100 for a night........ but we had very little choice with accommodationneeded asap unfortunately.... Good location in Gladstone. Had a room available at short notice. Booking was fast and easy....

Very rude person to deal with booking, our car was broken just 30 mins after we booked. The guy, who hardly spoke any English finally answered the phone after calling many times was not willing to move our booking till the following day. He stated the rooms were ready already he was very rude and kept saying we keep your money, so we couldn’t get refund or move till next day. Bad customer service After reading other reviews maybe we dogged a bullet.

Worse three nights sleep ive ever had kids running around outside room till 11 -12 at night screaming there parents yelling.police knocking on there door at 1.30 am i will never stay there again

Don’t stay here period, absolute dump. Pity terrible is the lowest rating possible. Rooms not made up, Customer service pathetic. Luckily motel across the road could fit 10 in at short notice, rate it

Always happy to stay here. Clean rooms comfortable bed adjacent to downtown. This time I became ill with what I believe was food poisoning from a local Chinese. Kay ( who cleans the rooms ) went above and beyond to keep the room hygienically clean and did everything’s to make me comfortable - well above and beyond her duty. Thank you Kay - your work and care are exemplary and is my ch appreciated.

Stay well clear of this place. Beg big city!!! My room way dirty. Every thing in the room was disgusting. No clean plates of cups. Stunk of piss.Spent two nights there and got eaten alive by bed bug. Woke up in the morning looked at my pillow to see two bed bug on it.

Can I give no stars Hotel room for the night *mold on the walls *no TV remote *TV wall plug has been pushed into wall. * fridge is on an angle, maybe the tv remote is under it.. * rusty shower fittings * peeling paint Kids above bangs door all night Police turned up at mid night to the intoxicated women. The place should be condemned.
