Resort is just wow and at an excellent location to all the nightclubs It's just 7-8 minutes walk from harbour Worst part is staff and their behavior...rude and arrogant

They gave us a Villa!! The place is pretty new, they just celebrated their first year. The staff is super! Internet was not too good at the Villa, but in the public areas, it was. The shower and the bed were amazing! The pool and the beach were awesome! Recommended!

Good hotel to stay in GILI TRAWANGAN♥️ All the staff are friendly, my goodness, there is no medicine! Want to repeat. The food is really good and tiktop for breakfast. Housekeeping is very thorough with all the dirt. Only the bidet is a bit lacking, because the water is small. But overall, very tiptoppppppoooooop♥️ #hotelmarc #gilitrawangan

It's a little far from the port, but this may be a plus or a disadvantage. I was rather out of the busy street and it was good for the sunset point. It's a walking distance. The staff are friendly and the facilities are pink pink and are neatly maintained compared to the smoky. And most importantly, the cat is cute, nice and cute ....

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!

Excellent location 1km from the main port! The place is in front of a surf point with rental boards! Proposal super in line with the cost benefit! Service from the staff is impeccable! All very kind and courteous! The super nice room in front of the pool! We are Brazilian and the menu has cheese bread, cheese pastry and other Brazilian delicacies! The coolest thing was that we checked out and forgot a gold bracelet and a necklace in the hotel safe and the employee very kindly went to the main port to look for us to deliver to us before our boat left! I thought this was a beautiful dignity and honesty! I highly recommend

Hi, Mika from South Africa, what a wonderful Resort this is, from the people, to the grounds, restaurant, everything was simply stunning. Fresh salt water pool added to the experience, right on the beach literally, dining with the ocean in front of you. The staff employed at Jambuluwuk Oceano, need the utmost praise, Maria - restaurant, Rayyan -gener, Putri & Ayu - spa, Hassan, Abi, Hartawan - reception, Abdul if im not mistaken - they were amazing, also the others who always had a genuine smile:-) Food was good, cocktails delicious, worth all the saving up before arriving, the rooms were spotless, and needed abit more cupboard space, shower was hot. Drain smell needs abit of attention, but other than that nothing to fault, the staff when requested to attend to something were timeous, despite using bicycles. Did not enjoy the sight of the poor horses slaving away in the sun, perhaps a shuttle just for the resort side, one the main road stretch can be considered. . . It is close to the speedboat pier and has a great location in front of the sandy beach. Sunrise can be seen from the beach. The breakfast that comes with the room is delicious and you can choose from 5 types, and it comes with coffee and fruit juice. In addition, for dinner, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue of fish, and you can enjoy a lot of salad dressings. The only downside is that the toilet is outside, so you might get bitten by insects.

Excellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.
