A great experience with Serena Hotels, found no difference in room setup recently stayed at Serena Nairobi and Serena Gilgit. I recommend Serena to anyone travelling to Northern areas of Pakistan, food quality, services at hotel are unmatched in the Region.

Customer service was incredible. Specially Javed at the front desk. Went beyond expectations! Food was also great and everything was easily accessible from the hotel to any view point or even the market is nearby! The best place to stay when you’re ever in Gilgit!

Lovely location, staff & service. An ideal place to come back to after exploring Gilgit. Although the booking side of the process can be improved but this trip to The Serena Gilgit was exceptional. I would always recommend this hotel. Everything was so pleasant, my family of 7 people thoroughly enjoyed our trip, we would have stayed for longer if we had more time.

Very comfortable stay and the bed and comforter is awesome! Will definitely stay again when there's an opportunity. Staff were all friendly and amazing. Food served in the restaurant is delicious and authentic.

We stayed at this Hotel overnight and used it as the first stop on the way to the Hunza Valley. The rooms were well appointed and the staff were excellent. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We found the shop owner at the souvenir to be an honest man who advised us as to which Jewellery had imitation stones and which were genuine. This one from Serena did not disappoint. Keep it up Serena.

The most clean and appealing hotel you could ever find in this city. All services which could be availed here are undoubtly exceeding the expectations. The best place for peace and clamness. Definitely worth visiting.

Excellent hotel in Gilgit, beautiful views and excellent food options on menu and menus. Exceptional staff and service. Grounds have nice walking paths with rose garden. Stunning views of Rakaposhi. Memorable stay

This was my second stay at Gilgit Serena Hotel. I love the charm of this building - it makes you feel right at home! The ambience, the breathtaking views and the gorgeous building made the stay worthwhile. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to the check-in to the cleaning staff were all delightful and eager to help! Rooms: Immaculate Bed: Very comfortable Amenities: Perfect Staff: Extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for family and friends.
