The hotel is very well located in a pleasant and convenient area for kopitiams and restaurants. It’s just round the corner from Penang Road.
The room was a tad old but very spacious and clean. All in very good value for money.

Friendly staff, located at nearby to the famous places. Clean hotel room but a bit old for the interior. Nice swimming pool. Overall the best 👍🏼

All staff are friendly. Was able to get an early check in and free upgrade to a bigger room but with no view, option to accept and I just grab cause this is not an issue for me and my husband. Many eateries places around the hotel and many interesting places within walking distance. Will definitely book the same hotel if we are to visit Penang again

We brought our 2 kids along during this trip to penang and arrive earlier than the check in time but the management and staff give a nice hospitality to us and even gave us early check in and upgrade our room plus room near to hotel lift. We thanks to the hotel for the good services. Thumbs up and keep up the good work. We will definitely stay here if we go to penang again.
