This was our first time to this property after staying at several other properties on Seven Mile Beach and we enjoyed our stay. We knew beach access was not an option, but the hotel was accommodating with towels, chairs and umbrellas. The staff, both front office and room services, were especially nice and accommodating to our needs or questions. Rooms were spacious and clean. And location was perfect!

Great location. Comfortable. Camana Bay mall is within walking distance. A lot of restaurant options. The only thing, the room needs a better black out. If you have a room facing the street you will hear some noise. Overall it is a good hotel. They will give you chairs, towels to go to the beach. The hotel doesn’t have a beach, only a swimming pool. But, seven mile beach is within walking distance. They also have a good free breakfast.

The rooms are awesome, spacious. All the little amenities like towels for the beach and retractable clothes line in the shower. And the staff was very solicitous and friendly, went out of their way. Would stay again

This is our second stay in the hotel. The staff is great, they helped us a lot with our requests and questions. The room was clean and very spacious. Windows and walls have great insulation, so the ceiling fan (we had a 2-storeys room) was sufficient to keep the room cool, we almost did not use the AC. Beach is a 2 minutes walk. I liked the outdoor gym facilities. All in all - great. We'll definitely stay again!

The Locale was GREAT! It may not be the 'fanciest' hotel in the area with the Marriott, Kimpton, Ritz, etc etc but we would absolutely stay there again. It's off the busy main road but that road has sidewalks and it's actually where everyone walks so don't let that concern you! It's safe and easy to get to many, many great restaurants and the beach is less than a 5 min walk and it's a beautiful beach! Mostly though, we LOVED the staff. They were all so kind, helpful, and friendly. You felt like a guest in their home and they were all very sweet. The morning breakfast was a big bonus as food on the Island is expensive. But, they have a great selection and the servers in the restaurant in the morning are FANTASTIC! They get to know you after a few days :). We also LOVED the beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and beach bags available for use...that was awesome! And the room was perfect-- we are a family of 5 so having a queen couch pull out, a king bed, and two twins up in the loft was essential and it didn't feel crowded. It was comfortable, clean, and we felt very safe and bonus to walk right downstairs for ice cream or across the street for anything else. I really, really appreciated this hotel for the value, the staff, and the comfort for a family. It was perfect! Thank you!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance personnel. What really made it stand out was the exceptional restaurant staff. The manager Johnny is absolutely the hardest working manager on the island. He was friendly, prompt, and cared about our stay.

This location is well situated to take advantage of all the island has to offer. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is a mile walk to a meaningful beach experience, though there are small access points much closer and chairs and umbrellas are available to take with you. The food in the lobby was excellent and there are several other restaurants and shopping near by. We would stay again, but perhaps rent a car.
