Great experience staying in this hotel. Service was good, friendly staff too. Room was huge bed is comfortable and the best part is their pillows not the typical hotel pillow it feels like I'm at home. No aircon but it's ok they have an electric fan and it is cold especially at night. Separate toilet and bath, and it's clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Definitely will come back with my family.

This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

Definitely this hotel is underated. The clean is ok. The hotel is located the top of mountain higher than first world. So much cloudy. So its make always wet over all area. I pay rm270 include with breakfast for 6 people is definitely good deal. All food above average. Definitely its worthy for us. Free kids playground. Free hot water swimming pool and complete accommodation. I will definitely will recommend for any1. Mixed experience. Cleanliness can improve a lot. Toilet was left unclean, not flushed after previous use. Service staff probably didn't pay attention to that. Bed sheets maybe clean but had Bed Bugs Crawling underneath. Large TV with Netflix. Amenities provided were good. Air-conditioning remote fixed to the wall. Check in-out smooth.

With its price paid, the room is acceptable however the path to this room is very complex with so many towers around and lift is on service, it’s a maze for me!! The customer service is helping but with such experience, going there is like 15m spent

The property Is still under construction. Hanging gondola at the external building ard still in operating. Hotel no doubt are new, just a few Unit is open for occupancy in the whole entire building. There was a smell, seems like dampness smell from the sink. It covered up the entire room. Some power socket was not in functioning. Only one is working in the pantry area. Keep up

Overall is good. One thing can be improved is the Deposit process, it's a bit troublesome why they collected Rm200 deposit on the spot but didn't return on the spot when returning. Have to wait for few day .... so, i haven't got my refund as yet.
