The hotel room was a little different being on two floors with the bed up some steep stairs with the bathroom below so not so good for getting out at night. The room was a good size. Staff were generally OK but a bit hostile when we arrived early but we could leave our luggage and then went to visit friends nearby. There was a problem at checkout when they tried to charge for the room again which was previously paid to ******* but that issue was easily resolved.

Good hotel with super friendly staff. Great breakfast! I travelled with my dog and cat and also pets very welcome to stay. Also nice spa area with good saunas. Definitely will book a room again if I travel to the area in the future.

Horrible, arrived in the evening hotel was closed called the phone number. No one answered tried bell no answer. Called customer service at hotels they said i they couldnt reach the hotel to get another one. Nothing was avaliable near by drove 2 plus hours to fussen DE. To find a place at 5am. Worst experience.

My 4th time in this area for skiing on Stubai Glacier. This hotel probably offers the best value you can get in the entire valley. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and communicative. I had booked the cheapest room they offer, and it looks much better in reality than on the website pictures. It is very spacious , has a comfortable bathroom and separate toilet. Glass wall to the balkony offers views that will take your breath away. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Hotel has a great SPA worthy of a 5+ star hotel with 4 types of sauna and a medium size pool with stunning views. Again the SPA area should be photographed better as in reality it looks much better than photos I saw on Booking. If you dont mind a little driving to skiing areas, this hotel is an awesome choice to spend luxury time and relax after time on the mountains. I will most certainly try to return and can recommend it with clear conscience to anyone.

Fantastic hotel with lovely, spacious rooms and helpful friendly staff. The sauna and pool were wonderful. Great views and plentiful parking. Fresh fruit available in reception and very large Reed diffusers made for a memorable trip.
