Roads into Sölden were closed so we couldn't get to the hotel and the rally we was doing changed starting location due to this.. Hotel increased fee of cancelling to the price of the stay so there's €150 out the window. Petty, greedy and taking advantage of the situation.👎👎👏👏

Stayed here on a motorbike tour, the single room was very good. Very comfortable bed. The hotel lay out is rather confusing but you get used to it. Main reason for staying was the underground car park for my motorbike which was very secure. During the summer months Solden is quiet and many bars and restaurants were closed. I used the hotel pool twice it was excellent.

After 3 very disappointing dinner experiences we got our money back for the rest of the week and had our dinner at decent restaurants close by. Breakfast was OK. The rooms were very worn, but reasonably clean. The fabric on the sofa in our room was torn in several places, the bed was really bad and worn.. The best thing about this hotel was the ski depot..

Amazing location, Staff was very friendly and very helpful and explanatory! Very good breakfast before hitting the slopes! Room and bathroom were very clean! Another thing to mention is the excellent ski and snowboard locker room and facilities! modern and well heated !

Nice little spot in a ski-resort community. Not a big resort. Room I stayed in was small but comfortable. Nice pool and sauna amenities. Good location along the main road in town. Free breakfast had plenty to choose from. Did not disappoint.

We had so good time in hotel everybody was friendly food was amazing specially the breakfast good location and parking in hotel for few euro’s definitely will coming back Also Solden is absolutely amazing place with strong character i just love it.

Eins vorweg, ich habe noch nie eine Bewertung geschrieben, jedoch war ich hier so entäuscht dass ich meine Erfahrung teilen muss. Positiiv: -Lage des Hotels Das wars dann auch schon mit den positiven Sachen. Negativ: - Wellnessbereich, hier waren mehr Kinder als Erwachsene unterwegs dementsprechend war der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch, ebenfalls waren die Saumen deutlich als Textilfrei gekennzeichnet, dies wurde auch nicht eingehalten. Keine Handtücher zum Tausch. Wasserbecher waren nach nicht mal einer Stunde alle benutzt und es wurden keine neuen zur Verfügung gestellt. - der Pool war eigenltich sehr schön anzusehen jedoch war er sehr kalt so dass wir kaum reingehen konnten - Chaos am Buffet, Speisen gingen aus und wurden nicht zeitnah nachgefüllt In einem Wellnessbereich haben Kinder nichts zu suchen. Selsbt nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption geschah nichts obwohl es mir zugesichert wurde. Vom Hotel hätte ich mir hier definitiv mehr erhoft dagegen vorzugehen. Bei solch einen Preis pro Übernachtung ist das ein absolutes No Go! Ich buche immer ein Hotel mit Wellnessbereich damit ich mich auch Entspannen kann jedoch war das hier definitiv nicht der Fall! Würde es niemanden Empfehlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Der Pool und die Sauna sind neu, jedoch fehlt es dort an Halterungen für Handtücher in den Duschen. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und reichlich im Angebot. Das Personal im Restaurant ist zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Leider mussten wir unsere Matratze reklamieren, da diese stark durchgelegen war mit Löchern, wo die Federn schon rausschauten. Und auf einer Seite war der Lattenrost durchgebrochen. Das Hotel hat keine Abhilfe geschaffen, und auch kein Angebot gemacht etwas zu ändern, trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation. Bei Abreise wurde uns dann nach mehrmaligem Verweigern eine kleiner Rabatt eingeräumt.

Camera bellissima e ampia con splendida vista. Salottino e terrazzino. Bagno enorme e arredato benissimo come tutto il resto. Letto e cuscino comodissimi. Pulizia eccezionale. Personale gentilissimo. Posto moto nel garage dell'albergo. Prezzi onestissimi. Bar molto caratteristico con ottime birre. Consigliatissimo.
