Alpin Family Resort Seetal

What a wonderful week we had at the Hotel Seetal. Our stay can be summarized in 1 word: magnificent! We immediately felt welcome with a personalized set table. Every evening we enjoyed a deliciously varied 5-course menu, served by incredibly lovely people. After dinner, we were occasionally spoiled at the bar with a live concert: a harpist, a pianist. The rooms are spacious & charming. The wellness is fantastic & hyper clean! The panoramic view from the wellness panorama rooms is breathtaking. Every detail is thought of. The friendly hardworking "lady of the house, Mrs. Lechner" keeps an eye on everything and provides a family atmosphere. The cable cars to Hochzillertal are within a 5' walk during the Easter vacation, earlier in the year you could ski all the way to the hotel. 10/10, we cannot list a single negative point and will definitely come back!

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel - not even to mention the Superior part . You can find better for your family . The pool has a nice view but very small indeed . The baby pool almost inexistent . The staff very cold - do not expect them to smile or welcome your kids in any way . There was a man at the pony rides - not even a facial expression for the little ones , not even saying Hi at least . So depressing spending money for this behaviour Poor breakfast . The kids lunch is completely a mess . They have JUST ONE option and there is always lack of it - no bread / no sweets . Indoor playgrounds VERY limited and small rooms . Old rooms and no locks at the door - keep an eye on your small ones while you sleep or taking a shower . The kids club has not enough staff , there are no tags for the kids or any safety measure in case they leave . ( it can definitely happen ) . There is kids lunch 12h00- 14h00 ( as i said -an completely joke ) and then for the parents 14h00- 17h00 . Do not even dare to go there 5 minutes ealier and try to get any food for you - they send you back at the table even if you maybe try to have the lunch togheter with your kids - AS I FIND IT NORMAL . As a 5 starts lover do not even think that choosing this hotel which is listed as a 4 stars SUPERIOR will bring you any of that . Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED . Do not spend your money here

Excellent. Family run hotel. Service was very good. They couldn’t do enough for you. Good food. Kids club was well run with plenty of variety and hardworking and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well proportioned. The kids had a whale of a time. I would highly recommend this place for a family holiday. The child care was included in the price. Free taxis to the lift which was only a short walk away in any event and only 100m from the black piste down to the village. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very attentive and very welcoming. All on site-Pony riding, climbing wall, pizza making, face painting, farm trips and nightly visits at dinner time by cheesy the hotel mascot to entertain the kids. The gym facilities,outdoor pool and sauna/spa area was impressive and catered for adults seeking a relaxation break. Excellent as I said.

Great place for the grownups to relax and the little once busy with all kinds of fun activities. Service is very good, food in restaurant has style, and we stayed in the wooden hut which is recommending! Great location to grocery shopping, hiking, and other hiking areas.

Wir waren im August 2024 im Seetal. Was soll ich sagen: Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Das Kinderprogramm -wenn auch von unseren Kindern nicht besucht- ist echt toll. Die Aussicht super. Die Familie nett und umsorgend, ebenso die Mitarbeiter. Der Spielplatz ums Gelände ist ja wirklich unschlagbar für Kinder. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein sehr schöner Wasserfall und ein Kletterpark. Das Essen ist ebenso sehr lecker. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hotel maakt zijn titel als kindvriendelijk hotel meer dan waard. Zo is er vanalles te beleven voor hen: van een ballenbad, speelkamer tot een klimtoren, mini boerderij, klimparcours, .. Kortom dagen speelplezier! Kamer was goed, mooi verzorgd en elke dag netjes gepoetst. Dikke duim voor het poetspersoneel. Wat het eten betreft hadden we 1 persoon met een allergie. Ondanks ruim doorgegeven op voorhand, liep dit wat stroef. We moesten continue vragen wat men wel of niet mocht eten, wat men dan moest opzoeken, … Misschien werken met symbolen op de bordjes? Zwembadfaciliteiten waren ook top! Eten dik in orde. Nooit lang moeten wachten. Chapeau!

Wat een heerlijke week hebben we achter de rug in hotel Seetal. Ons verblijf kunnen we in 1 woord samenvatten: voortreffelijk! We voelden ons meteen welkom met een gepersonaliseerde gedekte tafel. Elke avond genoten we van een overheerlijk gevarieerd 5-gangenmenu, geserveerd door onwezenlijk lieve mensen. Na het diner werden we af en toe verwend aan de bar met een live concertje: een harpist, een pianist. De kamers zijn ruim & charmant. De wellness fantastisch en hyper-clean. Het panoramazicht vanuit de wellness-panorama-ruimten is adembenemend. Aan ieder detail wordt gedacht, de vriendelijke hardwerkende “lady of the house, mevrouw Lechner” houdt alles in de gaten en zorgt voor de familiale sfeer. De kabelbanen naar Hochzillertal bevinden zich op 5’ wandelen tijdens de Paasvakantie, eerder op het jaar zou je kunnen skiën tot aan het hotel. 10/10, wij kunnen geen enkel negatief punt opnoemen en komen zeker terug!

L'hôtel est tenu par la famille Lechner dont une partie parle français les menus et programmes étaient d'ailleurs écris en français la suite était vraiment très bien et dans un état irréprochable on a bien mangé chaque jour en pension il y a de quoi se restaurer entre 14 et 17 H car les autrichiens ne mangent pas à midi comme nous superbe piscine dite infinie avec un mur en verre qui permet d'apprécier la vue extraordinaire que l'on a depuis l'hôtel plein de jeux à l'intérieur et à l'extérieure pour les enfants et un club pour les garder l'hôtel est d'ailleurs surtout fait pour les familles et vous y passerez une super semaine... ou plus

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum 10. mal im Seetal!!! Die familiäre, herzliche Atmosphäre, angefangen von Familie Lechner bis hin zu allen Angestellten ist wirklich einzigartig. Die Zimmer und die Qualität des Essens verdienen ausnahmslos großes Lob. Der Wellnessbereich und der Pool mit Ausblick auf die Berglandschaft sind traumhaft schön. Es wird auch beständig an Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen der Hotelanlage gearbeitet. Die Betreuung der Kinder wird sehr liebevoll und kompetent gestaltet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight für die Kinder im schönen Garten ist u. a. der tolle Kletterturm. Wir kommen wieder – keine Frage- mittlerweile ist das Seetal für uns nicht nur Urlaub, sondern eine zweite Heimat geworden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und bis bald!
