Nice mountain hotel with many different design styles. Spacious room and a big bathroom. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm water in the shower, so no use of the big bathtub. The bed was too hard for my liking and the quilt small and thin. Welcoming staff and tasty food. Nice bar.

WELLNESS ERLEBNIS. DIE LIEBE ZUM DETAIL – VOM CHECK-IN, DEN ZIMMER, DEM SPORT- & WELLNESSBEREICH ZUR KÜCHE – ES BLEIBEN KEINE WÜNSCHE OFFEN. Dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert und wer einmal da war kommt definitiv wieder......

We had our stay during the german winter holidays, so the hotel was quite lively. We didn't notice it much though, as we spent most of the day in the excellent wellness and spa area. Only once did it take a bit longer to get through the dinner courses, but other than that the service was always up to a high standard. The selection of local wines was always corresponding to the meals and absolutely fine. This wasn't our first stay and will definitely not be our last. Of course you can find "better" hotels, but hardly in that price category.

The first time I visited this hotel was in February 1982 and I knew after a few days that I would be there for the rest of my life. Last February I celebrated fourty years of being there and more than 150 times. Should I talk now about beautifull rooms, fine meals, a great wellness and lovely waiters? NO. I love everything of this residence as you can love a partner. Amazing, with all the parts of your body and soul.

Everything was fine. We had a grat time there. Very nice and gently Staff. Very clean. The best was the food. If you want something special, you are very right there. When we went to the Wellness Area, i felt like a little child, because it looks like a kind of fairytale.

Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sowohl an der Rezeption, im Service-Bereich, im Spa und nicht zuletzt im Restaurant. Von Coco & Team wird man restlos verwöhnt.

Unser Aufenthalt im liebes Rot-Flüh war einfach traumhaft schön! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen fühlten wir uns wie im Paradies. Die Zimmer waren luxuriös und komfortabel und boten einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Das Spa war ein wahres Highlight, mit einer Vielzahl von entspannenden Behandlungen und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Das kulinarische Erlebnis war ebenfalls erstklassig, mit köstlichen Gerichten. Sehr hervorzuheben ist das Personal das sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht war unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!"

Unser Aufenthalt war geprägt von einer herzlichen und familiären A**osphäre, die uns sofort willkommen hieß. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Die persönliche Betreuung und der Service waren über alle Maßen hinaus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die vorzügliche Qualität des Essens in den Hotelrestaurants. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das unsere Gaumen verwöhnte. Die Vielfalt der Speisen und die sorgfältige Zubereitung haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Zusätzlich haben wir die ausgezeichneten Spa-Behandlungen genossen, die ein Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthalts waren. Die professionellen Therapeuten und die entspannte A**osphäre ließen uns vollkommen abschalten und den Alltagsstress vergessen. Wir waren auch erfreut zu sehen, dass das Hotel konstruktive Kritik ernst nimmt und umsetzt. Unsere Anmerkung von unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor ein paar Wochen bezüglich der zu niedrigen Wassertemperatur, wurde sofort aufgegriffen und behoben, was zeigt, dass das Hotel stets bemüht ist, den Aufenthalt seiner Gäste zu verbessern. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine wundervolle Erfahrung, die wir sicherlich wiederholen werden. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen für alle, die eine persönliche A**osphäre, exzellentes Essen und erstklassigen Service schätzen.
