The Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The place was decorated nice with Chris**as decor which was fun. Very clean, but rooms could use a little updating. Would stay here again. Kids loved the indoor pool in February.

Clean beautiful place in the center of Gatlinburg TN. You can walk to almost anywhere in downtown in a short amount of time. Price was very reasonable. Great accommodations in the room and front desk. Outstanding pool area for kids and all of the family. Staff was the best !!!!

Our room was facing the pool. It was very humid and loud until 11pm when the pool closed. The room wasn’t the cleanest. There were holes in the carpet. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in multiple times and the additional flip lock wasn’t usable because it was broken. The rest of the property was ok. Our room was not great.

The place is very outdated. The elevator literally felt like it was going to malfunction at any moment. The tub was yellow and when you stood in it, it felt like you would fall through it. For the price, it’s subpar.

This was my third time staying here and my last. For our anniversary we wanted a fireplace. First room, gas logs wouldn't work. So, we were moved to another room. Flames worked for warmth, but was very small and underwhelming. Nice mattress, but pillows were hard. Poor lighting, no artwork, no mirror in room, and just an overall bland room. No internet the entire second day. Staff tried to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing worked. No complimentary coffee/tea/water in lobby. Good location, friendly staff, family-friendly, nice pool, and adequate parking.

The front desk was great. Very accommodating. Beds soft. Pillows hard. Older hotel but efficient. Pool was great. If you value sleep do not get pool side. It sounds like a little kids birthday party outside your door till about 11pm at night. One issue- found a roach in our bathroom on the last day.

The hotel was very nice just older. We had an exterior room and the light outside the window is very bright. There was a youth convention and basketball team on our walkway also so it was very loud but they quieted down at night. Just next time I’ll get a room inside instead of exterior. The staff was wonderful. The pool my daughter said was “like from a fairytale”. Everything was clean. The restaurant was good also.

The hotel was nice! Pool is great! Some areas in the room need fix up or change, especially bathroom. Internet service was bad. The restaurant in the hotel was really bad.
