I am not one to complain but I payed $230 for one night, I would expect for that price to have no issues. Unfortunately the carpets were very wet and the smoke detector was not installed, it was sitting on top of a cabinet.

The location was convinent to are restaurants that we had planned to visit and out of the way enough you could enjoy the sound of the river flowing by. Unfortunately there seemed to be some construction being done on the building and the large tarp hanging on the side of the building was extremely loud. Overall a pleasant stay even though it was not the best experience with sleep.

We always love staying here but we had an issue with not being able to check in 15 minutes early. The girl at the desk turned us away and refused service. All she had to say is I can get you checked in and come back when your room is available but she gave us a nasty look. Also, you now have to go back to the front desk to get a remote for the TV. Other than those two issues, it was great!

Checked in went to room to find a switchblade knife in the sofa bed open luckily no one got stab sheets were dirty they turn the wifi off in the middle of the night before you check out. When ask the manager abrhe knife she says its a sofa stuff gets shoved in them.

Fantastic find of a hotel. Spacious and very clean room! We stayed here in early January for a spur of the moment trip and decided this will be our go-to location the 3 or 4 times a year we are in the Gatlinburg area.
I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones in our suite were much more flat than I am used to! But otherwise this is a hidden gem!

This hotel is a gem! Don't let the outside fool you, the rooms are clean and modern. Renovation continues on the outside and there are minor issues with condensation under the windows. The room was very clean and recently renovated. The shower is amazing and the hot water is plentiful! The staff were so polite and helpful at each of our interactions. The breakfast is simple but hot and tasty. They might want to consider replacing the pancake machine which was not working well every day of our stay but the breakfast area is very clean and the attendant is extremely helpful. The property is seated on the creek and the sound of the rushing water is so relaxing. Located on the Parkway side of Gatlinburg it is only steps away from everything. This is a great property all around and we would highly recommend.
