Um lugar fantástico, com a vista mais perfeita que já tive. Pessoal da recepção incrivelmente paciente e simpáticos. Vale a pena ir pra este paraíso! Local lindo, comida excelente, preço muito justo. Simplesmente LINDO!!!

The beautiful views and the resort’s grounds are unsurpassed. The pool and bar areas are also very nice. The resort is not on the beach but the shuttle was reliable, convenient and free. The units need some updating, but were adequate. However, the best part of our vacation was Josephine in the office. She speaks English, and was always ready to help us in anyway possible. She gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

It is not the easiest place to get to but definitely worth the effort. The resort set up on a hill with amazing views. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, kitchen is stocked with everything but dish soap.The grounds are beautiful, amazing landscaping. Big pool with kid side to one end, lifeguard on duty. Wi-fi available around the pool area. The is a bar and a small market. Breakfast and dinner are available each day. European continental breakfast- no hot food. Dinner has a variety, It’s definitely convenient to have the meals available especially if you don’t have a car as the shuttle does not run late in the evening. Also a shuttle to the beach. Nice service to have. We enjoyed our stay. Tropea is a beautiful town. We might have to go back some day!

I'm giving this property a 4, even though that is considered "very good" and I don't think the property itself is very good. But Tropea is stunning, the grounds and views at the property were beautiful, the staff was super friendly and good at what they do, the shuttle to town is convenient, and the breakfast was adequate. We were underwhelmed by everything else: the bedding and rock-hard pillows, the fact that there is no wifi in the rooms, the disappointing dinners that we paid "half-board" for, the lack of maintenance in our room and a few other areas, some bugs in the room (even though we kept our screen-less windows closed.)

Olivara is located on a hilltop just outside Tropea. Unit was great for 2 people and had all the required amenities. Shuttle service to and from town was great, although I wish it went later, so people can have dinner in town. Resort should advise guests that the town of Gaspari is very close and has restaurants available as well. Breakfast was good. Grounds were beautiful.

Nice base to explore Tropea and Region. Olivaro is a nice time share complex just outside of Tropea. Nice people and accomodations. Free shuttle to and from town.

Not a luxury resort but comfortable. Front desk staff incredibly nice and shuttle service very convenient , downfalls, poor internet, no ice at the bar, unheated pool, not a very good equipped kitchen and terrible coffee at restaurant. Knowing this would stay again.

We stayed here for a week and had one meal, our first dinner. It was awful. Some of the food was not edible. We were two couples in our 60's and there was one queen bed and a pair of bunkbeds. Seriously? The view was the only thing going for this place. But getting up and down the hill was difficult. And the shuttle service stopped at around dinner time, so you were either trapped at their lousy cafeteria, or in town and had to take an Ape back up the hill. Would not recommend this place. One star.

Our stay was enhanced by the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were basic but clean and tidy with beautiful views of Tropea and the sea. Buffet breakfast was great value and tasty. The shuttle to Tropea and the beach were frequent and quick. It was fabulous!
