Bom hotel, com uma bonita entrada.
Bem localizado (área central), possui uma boa academia e bom restaurante.
Apesar de possuir um vi sauna, não possui uma piscina ou o equivalente, que seria muito bom, especialmente para o relaxamento dos esquiadores.
No geral atende muito bem !

We had a 2-day company workshop there. Amenities were ok. Staff nice. But the management was rude. Making a big fuss and falsely accusing me opening a gate and tried to extort a EUR 50 fine for it. Very loud and rude tone. Brief apology the next day after they checked CCTV cameras. But damage was already done to the a**osphere. Btw - be aware of plenty of cameras with which management is controlling staff and guests.

After spending 8 nights, we asked for a late checkout. We were told that it wouldn’t be possible, not even by an hour. While I understand the importance of turning rooms over especially when fully booked, not every room would be serviced at exactly 11:00AM. For a guest who has given you 8 nights of hotel revenue, an hour exception would have been more than reasonable. An extra hour would have helped us so much. The male Asian clerk at reception couldn’t be more bored or cared less. After pleading with him, the supervisor in the back said we could use the gym/sauna after checkout. This was not helpful as we needed the extra hour for scheduling conflicts. That extra hour has cost you ALL of our future business. We will NEVER stay at your hotel again, or recommend your hotel for the annual hockey tournament.

Very nice hotel with friendly front desk clerk. My only complaint was that my pillow was very flat and uncomfortable. The hotel is in a very nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!

The parking garage in the basement is unusable unless you have a tiny tiny car. Completely unacceptable.
The fitness center has the latest equipment and the sauna area is new, clean and magnificent.

We stayed here for 10 nights in September 2022 - it is a perfect location for public transport as well as the shopping area. The room was fine, we had a great view and there is a electric kettle for tea and coffee available. We very much enjoyed the fitness room, the equipment was excellent - very up to date - (although would have preferred earlier opening hours) - also the sauna area was very nice. The staff at the front desk were somewhat friendly (they didn't tell us about the Garmisch card and we only learned after 3 days). The staff in the restaurant were the absolute best, Jovan, Pipitta, and 'SnowQueen' looked after us so well! The breakfast buffet was excellent.
