"First, the pros: The hotel's facilities are quite good. The overall decor leans towards a French country style. The cleanliness is high, the rooms are large, and the estate itself is spacious enough for a stroll. The shower water pressure is strong, and most basic bathing facilities are very clean. It's conveniently located by car from the surrounding towns, making it suitable for those with a vehicle. We bought some wine from the hotel and so far, and it's quite good. The cons: The hotel only has one restaurant for dinner. If you have a car, you can eat in the surrounding towns. We ate dinner there, but the menu selection was limited. We ordered the chef's choice steak, medium-rare, but it was more well-done than medium-well; some parts were like jerky. Before ordering, we asked for complimentary tap water, but when we checked the bill, they charged us €10 for two bottles. When we asked what it was for, the waitress said it was water we ordered. We said it was complimentary, and she immediately went to reprint the bill. This action significantly reduced our trust in the hotel. For those inexperienced in European travel, was the waitress trying to rip off as many people as possible? Pay close attention to the bill when dining out. Also, there are still a lot of mosquitoes at the end of September, so it's basically impossible to open doors and windows. We got bitten several times on our first night. The hotel offers mosquito coils, and the staff will also suggest buying mosquito repellent spray from the hotel shop."
