The entire hotel had a weird smell. The room we were in smelled absolutely awful and it was very humid, the carpet felt moist and the staff was extremely rude. My husband and I travel all of the time and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

I was put in the handicap accessibility room. I think the sink in the bathroom could be upgraded to more modern sink. It was shallow so when I was washing my face, the water just splashed onto the floor.

The lady at the reception and the manager were so nice.
There were no cooking equipment such as frying pan and source pan at all, though they brought to our room upon request.

Everything was good until they asked for $200 deposit for the night. What’s the point of making reservations through hotels if we still have to pay a $200 deposit for the stay.

The room was OK. Bed was comfortable. Appliances were extremely old and dirty. Staff was very rude. Will not be staying here again.

You need to pay for parking. They want $200.00 deposit from your card. Crazy,
.. other hotel even big names only take $50.00. They will hold ur funds for 7 days. No bueno

Front desk staff was amazing. They were super polite and very friendly. But the room was disgusting, everything from the carpet, the furniture, the sheets, the walls...etc. was stained. The hallways were filthy, the dishes had dry food stuck to them, cracked bathroom sink, graffiti covered elevators and graffiti on the toilet seat in the room. Homeless and tweakers hang out in the parking lot all day. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DO NOT STAY HERE! IT'S NOT SAFE!

Not the best check in, super rude receptionist during the night, the hotel is ok, and cheap parking $7 a night.
