The hotel Golden Crest deceives people saying it is newly renovated. The ceiling is damp and broken (photo attached). Moreover they have not provided even basic amenities like towel, toiletries etc.
The customer service is also not helpful.
Overall an experience nobody would like to have.

The property has a great location and offers breathtaking views. The staff is polite and helpful, making guests feel at home. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds. It is a decent budget property with good amenities and safety measures.

The hospitality at the property was excellent. The best part was accessibility till mall road, cabs are easily available from the property. The view from the room was perfect and even the linens, aesthetics were 11/10! Must visit when in Gangtoj

Very good hotel and specially care taker Vishal Kumar series is excellent .hotel is at very good place and hill view is very beautiful.cleaned and hygenic rooms room service and food quality is very good very spacious room and comfortable beds

Best on service and staff are polite well behaved rooms are neat and clean. One thing that why we not booked full tour via hotel ***agement and we give the five ( 5 ) star ****** rating to hotel. Food is also the best part of hotel breakfast is healthy provided by hotel.👍

Everything was wonderful. Reception Vimal Kumar was too good, very helpful.Room stay was pleasant. Food was good. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Regular cleaning of rooms were done. I would like to specially mention about Vimal Kumar, present at reception. He was just wonderful, very helpful.

Very good hotel, very good services by Vishal Kumar. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping very nice. Staff was very good and cooperatives. Location and view from home was amazing. Whether was nice and we could see all the locations and enjoyed lot.
