Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa

Undoubtedly the greatest advantage of this property is its vicinity to the center of attraction of Gangtok, M.G. Marg. Besides, there’s a local taxi stand just outside the hotel that makes quick booking for city tour real convenient. Rooms are broad, cosy and premium with all necessary amnesties. Staff is very courteous and humble. Loved the dining area with quite a wide variety of choices in breakfast buffet as well as al-a-carte. Staff in the dining area are very prompt in their service. My only suggestion is to include complementary breakfast to room tariff of Rs.3000 and above.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) travelling from Chennai, stayed here for 3 nights. The property is an excellent one and located in a prime area, very easily accessible to MG marg. The hotel staff were very supportive and we were very happy with their hospitality. Especially the food service and support. We personally wish to call out Varsha reception, food - Abhi, Sunitha and Neha for making our stay memorable. We stayed in the executive room with balcony view, which was very pleasing. Big pluses are, good location, very very nice staff, rooms n bathrooms are well maintained, lot of eateries n eseesntial shops nearby. Food and it's cost are also tasty and at par/nominal with other nearby restaurant costs. If at all i have to mention any low point, then it would be parking ( just like other hotels situated on the same road). Since this hotel is in a prime location, even 1 min delay to get in or get out of your vehicle will cause traffic chaos and inconvenience to the driver. Tourist guests need to take care of that alone. Rest apart, you will definitely enjoy your stay here.

It is one of the best hotel to stay in Gangtok. Services are good and food is ok at restaurant. Overall it was a great experience for us during the trip. Specially Diksha and Namraj have helped us so much during the stay. Also the hotel was budget friendly as per their services.

Don't worry you are at home.the quicker services and schenery at its best.you feel like your younger brother and sister is with you,to whom you can order,can laugh with them and can ask him for the trip. You will amazed to see that,you will never be disturbed by them unwantedly. The lawn type terrace felt you like you are litterely in heaven. We are fully satisfied....

The staffs’ behaviour was excellent both at reception and restaurant. Even the room service staffs were well-behaved and I always got a clean room after getting back. Met your GM as well who has shown tremendous hospitality. Would love to visit again.

Property location is excellent . It is placed next to to be opened westpoint mall and 2 minutes walk from MG marg. Stay was nice. Terrace offeres a gigantic view of Gangtok town and mountains . Nice place to have early morning tea. Namraj and Diksha made our stay was comfortable.
