The location was good. The hotel was impressive. However, the rooms were a little tight. The worse thing was the air-conditioning which didn't work. Don't know if the temperature is all centrally set or what?Other than that, (the air-conditioning issue) it was a very nice stay. The staff were very good. Some of them spoke English perfectly, which is fantastic. They were also very helpful, which we appreciated.

Location for viewing the ocean is fantastic. We stayed 2 nights in the room with ocean view and lake view. Make sure to ask if corner room is available. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very courteous and prompt with requests. The view alone deserves 5 stars at this hotel. I would definitely be visiting here again.

Room was a little small for a family of 3 but we have got the nicest ocean view room on 5th floor so its fine for a one night stay. Service was good. Need to bring sleepers toothbrush and toothpaste. Staffs was nice. Check in was 3pm but you need to get a waiting number which starts at 1pm. Glad we didn’t wait that long because of trip booking. Pools a little crowded during day time specially on weekends. Pool time is until 10pm.
