"I stayed here with my family in a suite room 3 Adults 1 Child. We will look at these objectively as Pros and Cons Cons: 1. The hotel seems to be lacking absolute operational synchronisation. Restaurant during the morning breakfast seemed dis-arrayed and confused with no supervision. One would have a feeling that for the hotel the job is done with the breakfast laid down. Under staffed and half empty buffet bowls. Spread was ok not too elaborate but also not constrained. 2. Our suite room did not have hand towels in either of the bathroom and bath mat missing in the main bath. Had to call and request for it. Inspite of that only 1 hand towel was sent instead of 2. 3. Our suite was a 4 person occupancy. Only 1 bath towel was provided. Had to request for additional towels which was delivered after 3 telephone calls over 40 minutes 4. Only 2 water bottles provided. Additional bottle costs you INR 129 per bottle. For a 4 person occupancy in a suite 2 nos of 1 liter bottle is a way too less for human consumption. Over that additional water charges at INR 129 person bottle is also quite steep. This is in contrast to most Kashmir hotels that do not charge you for water. 5. The hotel does not have a communal space with games or group seating for you to chill in the evening with your group. 6. The rooms do not have a wardrobe for you to stack your clothes during your stay. There is an open hanger stand possibly in line with the interior theme but not practical. Don’t have shelves or space for clothes and you kind of have to pack unpack from your suitcase or push it on your bedside tables. 7. Television remote was missing. The remote provided had issues with seamless working. You had to press button multiple times for it to work. Pros: 1. Riverside view is good. Although for you to get to the riverside is not easy and accessible from the hotel. 2. Rooms are spacious and clean. 3. The open air lawn is good to bask in afternoon heat."
