Check in is at 4 pm but at 430 was told room still not available. In all fairness though was ready shortly after. Was not informed, nor were there any notices to inform guests, that housekeeping services only happened EVERY THIRD DAY. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not give you the option of daily service. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and employees there were friendly. The property is showing its age. I realize this was a busy sports weekend in Gander but isn’t it the aim of every hotel to impress the public with their service during a busy time. Sadly we were not impressed.
