"Estamos tão satisfeitos aqui, Mesmo quando estamos apenas usando o ginásio (que deve ser um dos melhores na praia), Charles, Josephine e todo o pessoal sempre fazem tempo para conversar connosco e sempre perguntar como é o nosso dia. Chatámos com Charles sobre o MEU aniversário e ele sugeriu que ele estava feliz por nos mostrar as quartos disponíveis. Foi UMA Grande decisão, Charles, e a equipe Fez as minhas celebrações de aniversário e nossa estadia perfeita, nada era demasiado difícil e eles foram acima e para além. A partir de decorar a sala de flores, o chef David veio e discutiu as opções de jantar para nós e amigos.A comida era incrível e cozida tão bem (o curry de coco foi cozido para perfeição) e o pessoal era brilhante, amável e tão útil. Este é um hotel bonito, num local atraente, mas é Charles e a equipe que fazem este hotel um pouco especial, fazendo você sentir que é a pessoa mais importante. Gostaria de recomendar (e já temos amigos) que fosse UMA experiência de 5*.Obrigado."

"A localização do hotel é muito boa, à frente da praia, mas precisa de uma renovação urgente, a sala era grande e tinha vistas para o mar, mas o banheiro cheirava muito mal, eles têm de ter problemas com o sistema de chuveiro. As áreas comuns do hotel, piscina, camas de sol, etc. parecem velhas e mal mantidas, e apenas a área de lobby parece ter sido recentemente renovada, bem como o restaurante, a única coisa entre os guarda-costas, que realmente valeu a pena. O restaurante é espectacular e o pessoal é muito bom e bem-vindo.Se OS proprietários do hotel investirem EM UMA renovação real do local, seria um hotel realmente incrível para ficar."

"We traveled together as two couples and initially stayed at the neighboring Neptune Paradise. During that first week, we discovered Al Mahali Villas and, after some friendly contact, were even able to view one of the villas. For our second week, we booked one of the larger villas with three bedrooms – ideal for up to six people. The resort is in a quiet location, very green and well-maintained, with direct access to the beach. The private pool is also beautifully designed and we used it regularly. Overall, we felt very comfortable there – you have peace and quiet while still having enough options for self-catering. The daily cleaning service deserves special mention; it not only cleaned but also did the dishes and made the beds. An evening turndown service was also included. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional – especially Veronica, who took care of everything. The villa itself is tastefully furnished and adequately equipped. However, there are some minor structural flaws that should be addressed at some point – including… Initially, our air conditioning wasn't reliable, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak at times, and there were a few areas where improvements could be made. None of this was serious, but it was noticeable (from a Western perspective). The kitchen was well-equipped enough for self-catering. There are supermarkets and delivery services nearby. A chef can also be booked through management (around $20 USD per day), but we didn't use this service. The complex also has its own restaurant, which looked promising, but was a bit pricey compared to other beachfront restaurants – so we didn't try it. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay with good service and a peaceful atmosphere. Self-catering is easy, the location is fantastic, and we were very impressed with the whole package. We would definitely come back."
