Great hotel, great staff (especially Nico and Adirana) and great location. As soon as we arrived there was someone ready to take our bags and take care of parking our hire car. Nico gave us all the info we needed and a short tour of the hotel and facilities. Very knowledgeable of the area and gave us some great recommendations. The rooftop pool is a great facility that we used on a couple of days. Used the free shuttle bus to a local Lido the hotel is linked to. Nico and Adirana arranged a vineyard tour and tasting for us and didn’t give up trying to contact the vineyard (we asked late on). Ideally located to walk across the bridge to the old town each evening. Would highly recommend

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore both the old and the new town. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and the morning breakfast team were helpful and friendly. The manager Paulo is a great host and a pleasure to talk to. We had numerous spa treatments and all of these were excellent, I highly recommend experiencing some of these, the spa team were both professional and fabulous. A special shout out goes to Adriana and Nico, for their advice and recommendations on where to go and what to do. Super helpful, very professional, great sense of humour, and all round lovely people. They are a credit to the hotel. My only 2 suggestions would be for the hotel to open the gym a little earlier than 9am because when there are day trips or other events planned this 9am start can clash, so I didn’t get to use it as much as I would have liked, but that’s just because I prefer an early morning workout. It would also be nice to have a night cap at the bar before bed, but this lacked a little atmosphere, however there are plenty of places just round the corner from the hotel for this. These two points do not take away from the excellent experience, they are just small observations. The driver that the hotel use for airport transfers and excursions is excellent, so don’t bother looking around, just use the hotels recommendation. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you like a central location with wonderful customer service. Well Done Biancodonda team, keep up the good work! Great facilities with an amazing service. Staff was very kind suggesting restaurants and experiences. Its a boutique hotel so its not located on top of a beach but its very close to a small yet very pleasent one. SPA and breakfast were also very good. Overall the service really stands out and makes it all worth. The room is very modern and comfortable which allows you to have a great night of sleep and be ready for the next day.

This property is new with a spacious studio room. Adequate breakfast. Options for other food offerings were available but not all morning staff were offfering the service. Staff are polite and helpful overall though. Parking service was appreciated as was the concierge service for booking a beach day with transport, and some restaurant recommendations. The chairs in the room are uncomfortable with short backs. The windows need to be cleaned. The building itself is well appointed and pleasant. The rooftop pool is comfortable and service is attentive through what’s app.

Great hotel in Gallipoli. Every employee was super friendly and helpful! New and modern room with a comfortable bed and nice big shower. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food. Location is fantastic. In the new town but short walk from the old town. We would come back anytime!

Located near the harbour, the hotel is very modern and has excellent facilities. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. What sets this hotel apart are the superb staff. From the moment we arrived, Adriana’s very warm welcome to the hotel and the local area made us feel very special. This set the tone for our entire stay - all the staff were very friendly at all times and nothing was too much to help our enjoyment of Gallipoli. The Italian pastries for breakfast deserve a special mention! Thank you Adriana, Paulo, Nico and all your colleagues.

Excellent hotel, brilliant staff very modern hotel, no expense spared in its build, super comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Great gym, sun terrace with pool. The staff are the most helpfull I have ever come across, we ate 3 fantastic meals on their recommendations all in walking distance from the hotel. Spa is very good and after spending an hour in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi we had a truly worldclass massage. Well done to all the staff at Biancodonda you made our stay even more special
