River Shadow Villa

We stayed in Sri lanka for 15 days across 8 locations and this was truly our worst experience. Rather the only bad experience. We loved our other stays everywhere and after staying in hundreds of properties across 22 countries I can vouch to everyone to give this property a skip. Property is listed as entire villa while they give you only a room. We raised the matter witb Agoda too but the response was horrible which is gonna make stay away from Agoda too. They offered me $7 as cashback for next booking. No thanks I will instead put correct review for future travelers. Ameneties are bare minimum and the garden area isnt kept well and hence a difference in how it looks in photos vs actual. When we reached caretaker wasnt present and had to wait for 10minutes which is fine. Then we asked about kitchen and he mentioned some other guest have occupied it. After showing that its listed as part of amenities he gave access for other kitchen that he uses. Bfast was even worse. Cold items except string hoppers which were decent. Cold hard coconut rotis (only after reaching Anuradhapura few days later we realised how tasty they can be in actual against what we were given at this pathetic property)
