Best service in Crete. Spacious rooms. Across the street from the MEDITERRANEAN. PRICES GOOD..EXCELLENT VALUE. Great neighborhood. Helpful staff will book excursions, find doctors for room visits and provide recommendations. Gracious hosts.

Nice clean room but on the first floor which isn't good if you have mobility problems. You are next to a busy road which can be fun in busy times trying to cross. Lovely and close to the beach with hosts being very friendly. Few restaurants near by but not a lot of variety around. Few gifts shops but the area is limited unless you take a bus or hire a car to go further afield. The beach is very close and clean. Plenty of sunbeds if you get there early enough. The only issue is that when swimming in the sea if you stand still for too long then you can become fish food which the feeling hurts as the fish nibble. It was a nice break and the people are lovely. It is ideal if you want a beach holiday like me but nothing else really to do.

Beaches just opposite, frequent bus to towns regularly outside, shops and restaurants nearby. Relaxing area, lovely accommodating staff, clean and quite! No issues whatsoever and staff are super friendly and helpful. Can’t fault our stay at all, would recommend for a apartment stay.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff and let us check in early. The sea view studio was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Well positioned right in front of Kalamaki beach. Quality establishment and I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending. Well done, places like this need to be supported. 👍👏

Once again we stayed at Sevach and as usual never disappointed. Spotless rooms and great food terrace to watch the sunset. So friendly and helpful, from arranging car hire to recommendations on places and restaurants to visit. The lovely Kalamaki beach a few yards away,whats not to like. Highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed

Best service. Best hospitality. Exceptional cleaning. Amazing View. Proper greek coffe superb. The host always gave us advise in order to make the most out of our holidays. SIMPLY THE PERFECT PLACE close to the city center as well as the other beaches near Chania! Will go back 100% if returning in Crete!

Our room was spotless and everyone was very kind. The receptionist showed us our room and the restaurants that were nearby . He also helped us rent a car a book a another hotel for our next destination.He even have us a free umbrella for the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh even thought it was a little bit expensive. Even thought there are no pools or jacuzzis near the apartments, the beach is about a minute away next to some amazing restaurants. It had a very nice view and a roof where you could eat your breakfast or just look at the stars at night. The price was definitely worth it!

The best hotel stay in my life. Hotel is clean, rooms are well maintained and comfy and what sets this hotel above all else is the amazing and friendly staff! I received plenty of tips and help during my stay. Highly recommend this place!

To begin, Kostas and Antigone are exceptional hosts! They were very welcoming, helpful, and accessible to answer questions and provide recommendations for dining, attractions, and activities. In addition, we opted for the homemade Cretan breakfast each morning (various breakfast options are available) which was bountiful and delicious! We stayed over Easter and were also treated to some special local and homemade holiday treats. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the luxury studio decorated in reds. The corner balcony was very large had great views of the sea. There were multiple sandy beaches within walking distance/very close to the apartment. We also enjoyed the hiking trails that connected some of the bays between Kalamaki and Chania. We absolutely recommend Sevach! The accommodation was perfect for us and the customer service was exceptional - so much more personal compared to some of the other properties in the region. We look forward to returning someday. Thank you Kostas and Antigone, for your generous hospitality!
