房間陳舊，晚上睡覺很吵

The room had a musty/smokey smell to it. There were stains on the floor and the pillow cases were stained. The sheet did not fit the mattress and kept popping off. There wasn't much to the free breakfast. It was "ok". It served the purpose and was reasonably priced.

I was not impressed with the condition of the property. It was in desperate need of some TLC. .There were lots of doors/walls that needed some paint. On the up-side, i thought the beds were very comfortable.

This property was horrible definitely not what the photos shows online. There was trash cans by tge front door and inside of the lobby area running over with trash. The elevator stayed down and we had to take the stairs to the 3 floor. There was additional charges pending on my account after fully paying through ******* from the hotel itself and no one could explain the charges. This was a horrible experience.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES This property should be condemned. The entire building smells like mold. They cannot provide the rooms you book because over half of the hotel is unliveable. They ask for a $100 deposit for rooms with ROACHES.

The lobby is gorgeous but give you false expectations of the rooms; staff is fairly friendly, areas smoke smell free. The breakfast area is good: basic continental breakfast; everything in order and clean, the lady that attends the area is very courteous and polite. Wakeup call requested and was not granted. Explanation next day from front desk was disappointed!! At room: hair dryer does not work, sink leaks - had to place a tray underneath (was reported at front desk at check-out), phone, microwave, and radio/clock, were all disconnected, guest computer and printer does Not Work!! The cleanliness of a hotel room is not just the beds and toilet and bathtub, it also includes sweeping correctly behind chairs, beds and underneath lounge chairs. By the way the room lounge chair has be throw on the garbage!!

The only working elevator is at the extreme back entrance, which is poorly lit and partially hidden by large shrubbery. I felt unsafe entering at night, but I needed access to an elevator.

it was coinvenient, it is an older one but pretty much upkept, at one time im sure it was excellent, dining, bar, and nice but years have took toll no more dining or bar but still have beautiful area and settings for it the staff was great , very accomating we did have to change rooms heat was stuck on 66 and it was cold so no problem they switched us without hassles i would stay there again thank you!

Property is on great location, staff need to be training to better service. Need to improve the breakfast needs. Clearness is only after 3 days,when suppose to be everyday.
