Travel Lodge Gaborone is a suitably located accommodation and we went there to attend the Mrs Botswana event. We stayed for two nights and received the best welcome and service throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, with no ask to small or inconvenient for them. The restaurant kitchen serves fresh, delicious food and on our arrival we could still enjoy a good meal at that late hour. The lodge has a bar, pool area and lounge area, giving many options for getting out of one's room without having to leave the premises. The conference centre event staff were fantastic and the event was spectacular. Our only damper was having a room facing the service entrance side, which resulted in some noise during our first night as staff were clearing. This is a place we will definitely be going back to when next in Gaborone.

Best hotel in Gaborone (Botswana). More than value for money . All type of food is available (including Indian)

Happiness!!! It felt very safe being there. The rooms were tidy at all times. I enjoyed their breakfast menu. The outside area offers a beautiful breeze because Botswana is quite hot. The BAR selection is also good.

Even though I stayed for 2 nights, I've enjoyed every single day therefore I see myself coming back over and over to enjoy once more your reception and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any person I know seeking for a place to stay.

The rooms were spotless, with inspiring dećor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Very attentive staff that made sure that we were comfortable.I am definitely coming back! Well DONE❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off.
NO WAKE-UP CALL !
To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse!
2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal.
Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. Too busy helping other customers that came after me.
3. Beside these 2 problems, all other services at this hotel were good.
Hope these issues can be resolved.

TraveLodge Kasane one of my favorite. From friendly front desk staff. A very attentive manager. Very clean pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Serve very good food from both buffets and al catre menu. Mind you, i enjoyed the bream fish. Big up TraveLodge Kasane.
