The location is very good, it's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the three lanes and seven alleys are so beautiful! Since the hotel is the former residence of Mr. Wu Shi, it feels like the Republic of China. The room also has a small living room and balcony. The real scene is much better than the photos! Waking up in the morning under the light and shadow of the banyan tree and the sound of birdsong, it feels like a worthwhile trip! The only thing that needs attention is that because it is an old building, the squeaking of wooden stairs and wooden floors are inevitable, and the internal facilities of the rooms are naturally not as good as those of modern hotels. This is a matter of opinion! For me, I am willing to sacrifice some comfort to have this kind of local characteristics and geographical location advantages~ The hotel service is also very warm and responsive during the Spring Festival. There are also small gifts before leaving, which is very rare. Overall, this is a hotel I would recommend to my friends!

This is second time I stayed at this hotel for a month, Very nice location, and all the staff are friendly especially shugui, restaurant at 8th floor have a great selection, my kid love it, will definitely be back.

第一次來福州，當天在別的酒店訂錯日期了，當天沒有房間，抱着忐忑的心情又在攜程上找了一會發現有一家新開的桔E酒店，真的非常開心，剛訂上前台小哥哥就打電話關心告知酒店定位，還貼心的介紹了周邊景點，真的貼心住了，入住後房間也是乾淨整潔，温馨温暖，大氣上檔次，前台的帥哥也很好，會提前打電話瞭解是否續住等，餐廳的阿姨們也特別熱情，餐廳內早餐豐富多樣，撈化，塔可，麪包，華夫餅，糕點…各種類型的早餐都有，真心推薦，福州市中心能有這樣的酒店真的很不錯了👍

This is my first time coming to Fuzhou. The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the three lanes and seven alleys, and there are restaurants downstairs! The handsome guy at the front desk gave me a big room with children. It was not along the street. It was very quiet. The bedding was very clean. I took a shower when I arrived. The towels were all wet. The customer service service gave me two more towels. I asked for it. The bags were also brought to me again. The service attitude was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Fuzhou, I will stay here again. The handsome guy at the front desk was very patient and gave me many plans for eating and going to museums👍👍👍

First off, I almost changed hotels and lost the booking because the name inside the hotel and the front are completely different! There is no mention of a name change anywhere. I had just gone in to ask directions to the hotel and it was the right spot. It's called the Lucerne or something like that. It's the only hotel I have ever seen with a ”fake window” so that was different. It was good otherwise, there was a little tea set in the room and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was nice and plentiful with continental and Chinese offerings, plus juice and coffee. I would stay again, but please update the name so other travelers do not get confused. Also, I speak English, so they communicated with me on Google translate, it worked well.

I'm not used to taking pictures of rooms, but the view from the hotel is okay. Mainly because of convenient transportation. You can visit the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys in a day, and many of the houses are worth slowly appreciating, and they are all open-ended. The breakfast at the hotel was mediocre, but the service attitude was good and they took the trouble to answer many questions. It happened to be my husband's birthday, so he called me several times to confirm the time of delivering longevity noodles. service call

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is located next to the subway station, which is easy to find. Using the bus, taxi, or subway was very easy. The hotel is located a bit far from the fun zone, but it makes it so silent and peaceful. We had a great rest and sleep. The room was a standard size, neither big nor small, and very comfortable for two. And the personnel! Oh my god, they were so friendly, pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Fuzhou.

It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. We came to watch a concert. We were still on the train when we got a call from the hotel asking if we had a baby with us and if we needed extra toiletries? Do you need free extra bed service depending on how old your child is? As soon as we arrived in Fuzhou at around 12 o'clock, we were notified that the room was cleaned and the extra bed was ready for check-in at any time! The little guy in the lobby helped us carry our luggage, he was very enthusiastic! We were given breakfast for free, and it was amazing! We didn't go down until nearly ten o'clock, but the variety was still very rich. The rice noodles and noodles tasted better than the laohua we ate on the street! Three of us who stayed at this hotel said they would give it ten stars!

It was our anniversary and our one stop shop is always the intercontinental. Plus of course celebrate Christmas. Special thanks to the Front office manager Ford who went out of his way to make it memorable plus the housekeeping team. Thanks for making our anniversary more than memorable 💕 Our daughter was worried that Christmas we won't have a Christmas tree and have gifts under it...it's like you had her wish and the tree that you delivered santa brought gifts for them over the night she was over the moon

I checked out around 11:40 this morning. I took a taxi and left for about 10 minutes because of some work. The front desk of the hotel called me and told me that I had forgotten my wallet in the room. I searched around and found that my wallet was indeed not with me. Quickly ask for a taxi to turn around and go back to the hotel front desk to get it. When we got to the place, it turned out that the wallet was with the front desk staff. Newly reopen hotel, location is good, beside the main road. Room is clean, toilet is so open, 2 man staying there is really uncomfortable, because the partition is glass…. Room acoustic no good, motor car passing by is very noisy at night. Breakfast also not so nice, mostly buns and noddle.

I booked this hotel for my first time in Fuzhou because I came to see JJ Lin’s concert. It’s very cost-effective. The rooms are smart, very convenient, and very clean. Earplugs and eye masks are also provided. The hotel is in a very good location, next to It's just a subway station. You can walk to Sanfangqixiang in more than 10 minutes. The service is very good. Mineral water and biscuits are readily available in the aisles. I will come again next time👍
