Everything about this hotel is good except their amenities which really fail them; the wifi is way too slow. Can’t do a TEAMS meeting at all. The shower drainage is problematic, such that water flows into the dry area … so the whole bathroom floor is wet after a shower ?!

房間還可以，空間也比較大，不過空調會異響，另外就是早餐餐廳，冬天的話會超級冷。而且大堂一樓的洗手間超級臟，全都是拉了沒沖粑粑的馬桶。因為去的早，沒法辦入住，衹能去一樓上洗手間，真的很無語，一天的心情都沒有了。

衞生：挺不錯的，乾淨整潔
環境：整體舒適，就是房間號設計剛入住不好找
服務：入住得晚，打電話説房間遙控器沒電池，前台讓保潔阿姨上來看，等了一整晚都沒見一個人來。第二天想説比較晚入住能不能延遲退房，跟我説可以的，免費延遲到兩點，後面另一個前台就立馬很兇意思説新來的不懂事，不能免費延遲，服務不及時，出爾反爾的説辭真的體驗感很差，第一次攜程旅行酒店的差評。

酒店附近都在修路，續房後前台的業務不到位，我們回酒店後房間也沒有通知服務員及時打掃，而且下水道堵塞，酒店達不到4星級，不過早餐還不錯。
