Everything was really good and clean! As a solo traveller I feel safe staying in this hotel and it's pretty near San fang qi xiang (5 minutes drive). It's modern, clean and nice. Would recommend

The hotel was good, clean and modern. Location and breakfast were very good.
The walls are unfortunately very THIN. I can hear my neighbours talking, using the bathroom, watching TV. If you're unlucky like we were to have bad neighbours, then it is VERY disturbing. We made a complaint to the front desk but they did not help us at all, they just said, we have taken your feedback.

The hotel is a very new and modern hotel that is clean and comfortable. The amenities are good. However, the rooms are rather small. The breakfast buffet was nice too. However I would say the other guests were quite rude. We also ran out of seats to eat breakfast at in the morning.
My main problem with the hotels however is that the walls are too thin, if you're lucky you won't have a problem, but during the week I stayed here, the guests next door were VERY LOUD and disruptive. They had their TV on loudly past 1am and were talking loudly constantly. I spoke to the reception and asked them to help me with this issue, they only said they would take this feedback. Nothing was done unfortunately. Overral it should have been a good experience, but our stay was unfortunately ruined by bad neighbours and thin walls.

位置比較中心，不緊鄰地鐵但鬧中取靜
房間很新很乾凈，打掃及時，早餐選擇不太多，每天會換菜
辦入住的時候非常混亂，由於很多人晚退房，新入住的又過來，前台人員不斷在確認哪個房間打掃好了，第一次還錯給了一間沒有打掃的房間，希望提高調度能力

新開業的酒店竟然跟我説晚上空調維修？去前台問了以後，衹能開窗睡覺，孩子熱的一頭汗，我不知道是因為入住率不好還是你們要壓縮成本，到了將近12點空調又恢復供應了，辦理入住全程無笑臉也沒有對話，反正可能正好碰到對我是這樣而已，打掃衞生的阿姨還是很敬業的，主動來敲門説幫我們收拾個垃圾，別的無功無過吧，就這樣，下次反正也不會來了

入住福州麗楓酒店真的是一次很棒的體驗。酒店內部裝修精緻，房間寬敞且設施齊全，薰衣草香薰瀰漫整個房間，温馨又舒適。服務人員態度親切、熱情，能及時響應需求。酒店的位置極佳，附近就是三坊七巷。三坊七巷充滿着濃厚的歷史文化氛圍，遊玩非常方便，讓住宿多了一份文化韻味，這酒店超值得推薦。

環境：離三坊七巷不遠 酒店邊上有個大的購物中心 不少吃飯的選擇
設施：酒店開張不久 設施非常新
衞生：很乾凈整潔 沒任何問題
服務：搞清潔的服務員見面問好很有禮貌 前台接待中規中矩 早餐收拾桌子的兩位年輕男女服務員動作稍顯緩慢

入住幾天體驗還是不錯的，門口的大榕樹很美，每天出門看到都心生喜悦
前台小葉小姐姐很熱情，還送了我們早餐券，很喜歡
早餐口味還是不錯噠
客房服務的也很好，來福州學習，早出晚歸，洗烘衣服費時間，就想到寫紙條看看能不能幫我把衣服洗一下
沒想到真的成真了，當晚回到酒店看到自己的衣服被拿走洗烘，內心深深的感恩☺️
房間窗外一片綠蔭，清晨打開窗簾就有好心情
當然最後還是要説一下麗楓的音樂播放，我的最愛，洗澡聽真的很解乏
所以下次來福州，我會選擇再次入住

新開的酒店各種設施都不錯，2種枕頭有硬有軟，早餐也很豐盛，每天都會換菜品、水果，馬蹄糕、燒仙草、桃膠銀耳。前台服務也很好，主動多送一份早餐，國慶期間也能延到下午兩點退房，出門就是五一北路，打車公交地鐵都很方便的。性價比高，推薦！
