Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room. Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it. Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155. The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

Good breakfast spread of Chinese and English food. A few live-stations where food is freshly prepared for guests. The hotel staff were attentive, especially Andy from reception. Nice view of Wuyi Square at night, including a photo of the white tower at night.

A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were welcomed by 阮晓城 at the reception counter and he was very hospitable and warm! Check-in process is very smooth and he assisted us to ensure that we get all 4 rooms on the same floor. Room is cosy and breakfast buffet spread is very sumptuous!

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

For example, during the Spring Festival, the Chinese restaurant only has set meals, no a la carte; the room scale is low on power and has not been maintained; the welcome fruit is not actively provided. Although the stay was short, the experience was very good. When checking in, I upgraded to a river view king room for free. The room was clean and bright. It was very quiet during the stay. A robot delivered food, and the children slept very comfortably. When checking out, I saw that some children were very enthusiastic and gave a box of cookies. I like the hotel staff.

The place was amazing, I had a great time here. What I didn’t quite like was that the bathroom was separated, where you take a **** Is different from where you take a bath. Haha it’s cute but not too practical. However it’s an amazing hotel, I’d definitely return

Traveling a few days ago, this store has a great experience. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to take a public subway or take a taxi to various attractions and business districts. When I walked into the room, the first feeling was that it was spacious and bright and the layout was reasonable. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the various facilities in the room are all available, which is very convenient to use. Clean and hygienic, the hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. The most important thing is that there is free parking. For friends traveling by car, the free parking lot provided by the hotel is simply too practical. Parking is very convenient and has a dedicated management, so that people don't have to worry about the safety of vehicles at all.

Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

位置挺好的，離上下杭和煙台山都挺近的，玩兒挺方便的，附近幾百米有地鐵站。酒店服務很不錯，到那裡還給我免費升級了房型，點了外賣，還幫忙讓小機器人送到了門口。酒店環境挺好的，房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約，隔音也還行，不差。

There is a large yard at the entrance of the hotel. It is very convenient to park a lot of cars. There are also bus stops and elevated services nearby. The service is very good. I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock. I just checked in. The cleaning was very clean. The bathroom water was very good. I checked out at 14 o'clock the next day. Auntie also arranged the room for me in the morning. I kept asking me if I wanted to get some water and napkins. It would be better if the TV could cast screens.

Facilities: The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I changed hotels overnight. Thanks to Ctrip for helping me adjust. Thanks to this hotel for upgrading my room. It was very considerate. Hygiene: Very good. There were no bugs or dust during the rainy season. Environment: Nice environment. Service: Very good and enthusiastic service attitude.
