多次住過維也納連鎖酒店，但這次是第一次遇到不太滿意的維也納。衞生情況沒得説還是一如既往地好，主要問題是房間設施問題較多：窗户支撐連桿壞了，大冷天的關不上窗户；房門支撐連桿也是壞的，房門停不住；電視遙控器的按鍵大多接觸不良不起作用，看不了電視。這麼多設備應該不是同時壞的吧？可見長時間無人檢查，保潔員每天都要打掃房間肯定要動門窗，估計也沒有要求服務員報告制度。早餐菜品及餐點與其他維也納酒店也有差距，地下免費停車還是很方便的。不過，遇到的前台、客房及餐廳工作人員態度都很熱情、很有禮貌，所以衞生與服務還是給5分。我住的是418房間，昨天大晚上的估計維修人員已經下班了所以我也沒好打擾前台。
