The Westin Changbaishan Resort

My children love this hotel very much. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding got lot activity.

Great experience with helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel is large and what you would expect from a Westin. We had executive lounge access that had happy hour from 17-19, which included good selection of food (not only small bites) and beverages including alcohol. The breakfast was large with a very good selection. The only small issue was that the hot tub was not warm and when we asked them to turn it up for the next day that was not possible. Good thing we had one free access to the hot spring as part of our room. The room did not allow for individual settings of the AC and after one night of 24+ we turned it off and had the balcony door open. The hotel is luckily not at the most busy part of the center, but still overlooking the slopes (and the Audi sign). Would stay again.

Very nice place, good location and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast buffet very good with many choices.

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to 张铭铭and 许悦!

設施：外表內搭算是這邊top的了，特別是大堂和套房的景觀直對奧迪纜車，早晨起來十分美 服務：酒店禮賓部的小輝還有經理小遲十分熱心，從入住開始每天會定時為我們約車約早餐，如果有什麼其他要求，小輝也會主動幫我們申請去實現。 從一開始幫我們升級套房到走的那天延遲到晚上八點退房，都是能體現萬豪集團旗下酒店的完美服務，即使居住途中突發意外，經理也能幫我們及時解決並給了我們完美的解決方案，這也側面體現了酒店服務是十分在線讓人滿意的。 居住時期有什麼問題，甚至想喝樓下的人蔘薑茶小輝也會給我們開綠燈，這也讓我們在淡季體驗到了不一樣的服務，這次選擇威斯丁是選擇對了。

五鑽酒店，設施設備中規中矩，前台接待，樓層和餐廳的工作人員都很熱情。行政樓層的早餐和下午茶點都很可口。停車位充裕。房間很寬敞，房間陽台正對滑雪道，視野很好很安靜，空氣清新。送登山纜車票，山頂景色不錯，可以遠眺長白山。連住了幾天，感受都不錯，推薦。

房間很老舊，紙抽裏沒有紙還要先打電話要。房間地面因為年久失修有些反泥漿，走廊燈光很暗，餐飲點的套餐，果盤有些不衞生，大廳前停的很多共享電動單車，服務人員間打招呼聲音很大，不會主動和客人搭話。 菜品裏有個拔絲鍋包肉值得品嚐一下。威斯汀的管理也就這樣可能。也許此威斯汀非彼威斯汀，都是掛洋頭賣狗肉。匆匆一晚。

非常滿意的一次行程，房間設施，餐食，周邊環境非常棒，泳池的水温也很友好，表揚前台經理，禮賓部**和小陳，服務熱心周到，看到我們帶小孩，第一次來威斯汀還給我們升級了親子房，泳池救生員小鄭主動給我推薦松江河美食和山野菜買賣地點，點餐上面的服務人員！

這次入住威斯汀酒店內部裝修和設計都很温馨，酒店在萬達度假區裏面，酒店贈送了星電影票，纜車，滑道等免費活動。從辦理入住到離店，酒店賓客管家邢宇很貼心，都有給我們講解和介紹，親自送到房間，而且始終很熱情的幫我解決問題，讓我感到很温暖，酒店很用心，太棒啦~
