"The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station and also the mall which is located right behind the hotel. The service of the staffs were very good too especially the front desk manager Johanna was very helpful. She allowed us to check-in early and her service attitude was really amazing. The breakfast at the hotel is just normal, not many varieties of dishes but good enough for a quick breakfast and get to work. the size of the room is normal."

"Overall, the hotel is quite good. My room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. Unfortunately, as is often the case in other hotels, the service was understaffed and therefore sometimes overwhelmed. Nevertheless, everyone was helpful and always friendly. I would stay here again, especially since the Lori Restaurant is only a 10-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit."

"What a terrible hotel! First, our room was occupied, then in the second room, the light sockets on both sides of the bed were loose – there was no cover. Then we were given a third room. We couldn't get into our room several times because the code wasn't recognized. So we always had to contact them by phone. Our daughter, who had booked the room, was given a double room twice, even though she had booked a triple room (with two small children). And when we returned from a family celebration in the evening, another family was standing outside her room, wanting to use the same room. It was completely unacceptable."

"Stayed here for our wedding since the location is close. Super friendly staff, great bar. Great breakfast. Only downside was that breakfast was started to be removed almost 30 mins before its official end. Had to fight with staff to tell them not to take all food away."
